LDA completes first phase of tenders for construction of 4,000 apartments

The Punjab Cabinet has already accorded approval of the procedure for allotment of the apartments besides giving a go-ahead for an agreement with the Bank of Punjab. This agreement is made in terms to allow the Bank of Punjab for financing the construction.

About the pricing of the apartments, it is revealed that a 650 Sq. Ft flat will be costing on an estimated price of Rs 2.7 million. For which 10% of the total amount will be paid as the down payment. The remaining cost of the apartment will be paid in easy installments. The installments will be paid after giving possession of the apartment.

Six contractor companies filed their bids for building another 256 apartments under package four of phase-1. 4 tenders were opened for construction of two blocks. A total of 32 apartments will be constructed in every block of the project.

Two tenders for the construction of 960 apartments were opened on the 10^th of February. 3 tenders for the construction of 768 apartments were opened on the 13^th of February while more than 3 tenders for the construction of 384 apartments were opened on the 17^th of February.  

Addressing the occasion, Engineer Amir Riaz Qureshi stated that LDA Vice Chairman SM Imran was supervising LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments Project. In the first phase, work on building 4000 apartments will begin in the current month.

The project will be working on in a transparent manner and all resources will be used to complete the running project expeditiously.

لاہور: ایل ڈی اے سٹی نیا پاکستان اپارٹمنٹس منصوبے کے تحت 4000 اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر کے لئے ٹینڈرز کھولنے کا پہلا مرحلہ ہفتہ کو کامیابی کے ساتھ مکمل ہوگیا۔

پنجاب کابینہ نے پہلے ہی اپارٹمنٹس کی الاٹمنٹ کے طریقہ کار کی منظوری دے دی ہے ، اس کے علاوہ بینک آف پنجاب کے ساتھ معاہدے کے لئے آگے بڑھنے کا موقع بھی دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ معاہدہ اس ضمن میں کیا گیا ہے کہ بینک آف پنجاب کو تعمیراتی مالی اعانت فراہم کرنے کی اجازت دی جائے۔
اپارٹمنٹس کی قیمتوں کے بارے میں ، یہ انکشاف ہوا ہے کہ 650 مربع مربع فٹ فلیٹ کی لاگت لگ بھگ 2.7 ملین روپے ہوگی۔ جس کے لئے کل رقم کا 10٪ ادائیگی بطور ادائیگی کی جائے گی۔ اپارٹمنٹ کی باقی قیمت آسان قسطوں میں ادا کی جائے گی۔ اپارٹمنٹ کا قبضہ دینے کے بعد قسطیں ادا کی جائیں گی۔
چھ ٹھیکیدار کمپنیوں نے فیز 1 کے پیکیج فور کے تحت مزید 256 اپارٹمنٹس بنانے کے لئے اپنی بولی جمع کروائی۔ دو بلاکس کی تعمیر کے لئے 4 ٹینڈرز کھول دیئے گئے۔ منصوبے کے ہر بلاک میں کل 32 اپارٹمنٹس تعمیر کیے جائیں گے۔
960 اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر کے لئے دو ٹینڈر 10 فروری کو کھولے گئے تھے۔ 768 اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر کے لئے 3 ٹینڈر 13 فروری کو کھولے گئے تھے جبکہ 384 اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر کے لئے مزید 3 ٹینڈر 17 فروری کو کھول دئے گئے تھے۔
اس موقع پر انجینئر امیر ریاض قریشی نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایل ڈی اے وائس چیئرمین ایس ایم عمران ایل ڈی اے سٹی نیا پاکستان اپارٹمنٹس پروجیکٹ کی نگرانی کر رہے ہیں۔ پہلے مرحلے میں ، رواں ماہ میں 4000 اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر پر کام شروع ہوگا۔
اس منصوبے پر شفاف انداز میں کام کیا جائے گا اور چلانے والے منصوبے کو تیزی سے مکمل کرنے کے لئے تمام وسائل استعمال کیے جائیں گے۔
