Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has spread the word of completion of road infrastructure, installation of the sewerage system, electrification, installation of water pipelines, and rest of the development tasks in the clear area of LDA Avenue I.
LDA is clearing the plots for the allotted and also is almost done with the development process in the society. Moreover, the authority has initiated the procedure of handing over about 9,197 clear plots to their allottees.
If someone needs to get possession of their plot, then they will have to visit the one-window cell over the first floor of LDA`s office which is situated in Johar Town, Lahore. The entire procedure is completed by the society within a day, and it all happens under one roof.
The plot owners will have to bring along the intimation letter sent by the LDA to the allottees for possession. Also, the application form after filling it to get the plot`s possession.
The plot owners will also bring the fees for processing or any other clearance left. All these dues can be cleared through a bank draft or a pay order.
The other requirements are original CNIC (two copies), transfer letter (2 copies), and original allotment letter (two copies).

اگر کسی کو اپنے پلاٹ پر قبضہ کرنے کی ضرورت ہے ، تو اسے ایل ڈی اے کے دفتر کی پہلی منزل پر ون ونڈو سیل کا دورہ کرنا ہوگا جو جوہر ٹاؤن ، لاہور میں واقع ہے۔ یہ پورا طریقہ کار معاشرے کے ذریعہ ایک دن میں مکمل ہوجاتا ہے ، اور یہ سب ایک ہی چھت کے نیچے ہوتا ہے۔
پلاٹ مالکان کو ایل ڈی اے کے ذریعہ قبضہ کے لئے الاٹیز کو ارسال کردہ اطلاعاتی خط ساتھ لانا ہوگا۔ نیز ، پلاٹ کا قبضہ حاصل کرنے کے لئے بھرنے کے بعد درخواست فارم۔
پلاٹ مالکان پروسیسنگ کی فیس یا کسی اور کلیئرنس چھوڑ کر بھی لائیں گے۔ ان تمام واجبات کو بینک ڈرافٹ یا تنخواہ آرڈر کے ذریعے صاف کیا جاسکتا ہے۔
دوسری ضروریات اصل شناختی کارڈ (دو کاپیاں) ، ٹرانسفر لیٹر (2 کاپیاں) ، اور اصل الاٹمنٹ لیٹر (دو کاپیاں) ہیں۔
