Lahore: LDA Auction Committee auctioned its six commercial and residential plots in different housing schemes for Rs 38.3 million.
The auction was held here at the LDA community center new Garden Town. According to a spokesperson for the LDA, the Authority auctioned commercial plot number 798-B, Block G-4 for Rs 11.
7 million, commercial plot number 281-A, block A at Tajpura for Rs 1,815,600, commercial plot number 281-B, Block A Tajpura for Rs 1,774,800, commercial plot number 633/11, block A, Jubli Town for Rs 7,578,000/-, commercial plot number 633/2, block A, Jubli Town for Rs 6,246,000 and a residential plot number 138, block E, Jubli Town for Rs 9,200,000.
LDA Auction committee members, Additional Director General (Housing), Director Finance, Director Revenue, Housing directorate directors, and other concerned officers were present on the occasion.

نیلامی یہاں ایل ڈی اے کمیونٹی سینٹر نیو گارڈن ٹاؤن میں منعقد ہوئی۔ ایل ڈی اے کے ترجمان کے مطابق اتھارٹی نے کمرشل پلاٹ نمبر 798-B، بلاک G-4 11 روپے میں نیلام کیا۔
7 ملین، کمرشل پلاٹ نمبر 281-A، تاج پورہ میں بلاک A میں 1,815,600 روپے، کمرشل پلاٹ نمبر 281-B، بلاک A تاج پورہ 1,774,800 روپے، کمرشل پلاٹ نمبر 633/11، بلاک A، جوبلی ٹاؤن 7,50,078 روپے میں کمرشل پلاٹ نمبر 633/2، بلاک اے، جوبلی ٹاؤن 6,246,000 روپے میں اور رہائشی پلاٹ نمبر 138، بلاک ای، جوبلی ٹاؤن 9,200,000 روپے میں۔
اس موقع پر ایل ڈی اے آکشن کمیٹی کے اراکین، ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر جنرل (ہاؤسنگ)، ڈائریکٹر فنانس، ڈائریکٹر ریونیو، ہاؤسنگ ڈائریکٹوریٹ کے ڈائریکٹرز اور دیگر متعلقہ افسران موجود تھے۔
