LCBDDA auctioned five commercial plots for Rs21.588b

The Lahore Central Business District Development Authority (LCBDDA) auctioned five commercial plots for Rs21.588 billion after it received the highest bid price from four groups including a Turkish real estate company at an open auction at Johar Town.

The successful bidders intend to build high-rises on these plots in the commercial zone to be developed by the authority. The height of the buildings ranges between 40 and 50 stories, according to the LCBDDA.

“Punjab’s total revenue target for the fiscal year 2021-22 is Rs70 billion. But with the massive efforts of the authority under guidelines of the chief minister, we have been able to fetch Rs21.5 billion in one go by auctioning five plots located near Kalma Chowk (facing Gulberg main boulevard and Ferozepur Road),” LCBDDA’s Chief Executive Officer Imran Ameen told Dawn after the open auction.

The authority auctioned Prime-1 Plot measuring 18 Kanal for Rs7.623 billion (Rs424 million per Kanal) after it received the highest offer from a joint venture of Nova City Developers & Bayraktar Insaat.

The Prime-2 plot measuring 11 Kanal was auctioned for Rs4.202 billion (Rs382 million per Kanal after a firm (ASE-Hasnat) offered this highest price. Prime-3 plot measuring 10 Kanal was sold at Rs2.840 billion (Rs284 million per Kanal) to M Abbas Khan (highest price bidder).

The Prime-4 and 5 plots measuring 10 Kanal each were auctioned at Rs4.069 billion and Rs2.845 billion (Rs313 million and Rs284.5 million per Kanal) respectively after the Pakistan Corporate Consortium offered the highest offer among all.

لاہور: لاہور سینٹرل بزنس ڈسٹرکٹ ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی نے 21.577 ارب روپے مالیت کے پانچ کمرشل پلاٹس نیلام کر دیئے۔ لاہور سینٹرل بزنس ڈسٹرکٹ ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل سی بی ڈی ڈی اے) نے جوہر ٹاؤن میں کھلی نیلامی میں ایک ترک رئیل اسٹیٹ کمپنی سمیت چار گروپوں سے سب سے زیادہ بولی کی قیمت وصول کرنے کے بعد پانچ کمرشل پلاٹس 21.588 ارب روپے میں نیلام کیے۔ کامیاب بولی دہندگان کمرشل زون میں ان پلاٹوں پر اونچی عمارتیں بنانے کا ارادہ رکھتے ہیں تاکہ اتھارٹی تیار کرے۔ ایل سی بی ڈی ڈی اے کے مطابق عمارتوں کی اونچائی 40 سے 50 منزلہ ہے۔ مالی سال 2021-22 کے لیے پنجاب کی کل آمدنی کا ہدف 70 ارب روپے ہے۔ لیکن وزیراعلیٰ کی ہدایات کے تحت اتھارٹی کی بڑے پیمانے پر کوششوں کے ساتھ ، ہم کلمہ چوک (گلبرگ مین بلیوارڈ اور فیروز پور روڈ کا سامنا) کے قریب واقع پانچ پلاٹوں کی نیلامی کرکے ایک ہی وقت میں 21.5 بلین روپے حاصل کرنے میں کامیاب ہوئے ہیں۔ آفیسر عمران امین نے کھلی نیلامی کے بعد ڈان کو بتایا۔ اتھارٹی نے نووا سٹی ڈویلپرز اور بائرکتار انسات کے مشترکہ منصوبے کی جانب سے سب سے زیادہ پیشکش ملنے کے بعد 18 کنال پرائم 1 پلاٹ 7.623 ارب روپے (424 ملین روپے فی کنال) میں نیلام کیا۔ 11 کنال پرائم پرائم 2 پلاٹ 4.202 ارب روپے میں نیلام ہوا (382 ملین روپے فی کنال ایک فرم (اے ایس ای حسنات) نے اس اعلی قیمت کی پیشکش کی۔ 10 کنال پرائم 3 پلاٹ 2،840 ارب روپے میں فروخت ہوا۔ فی کنال) ایم عباس خان (سب سے زیادہ قیمت دینے والا) پاکستان کارپوریٹ کنسورشیم کی جانب سے سب سے زیادہ پیشکش کے بعد پرائم 4 اور 5 پلاٹ جن کی پیمائش 10 کنال ہر ایک بالترتیب 4.069 ارب اور 2.845 ارب روپے (313 ملین اور 284.5 ملین روپے فی کنال) میں ہوئی۔
