Kunhar Sharif Bridge Construction in Mansehra Begins

According to the new, Torghar and Buner region will be connected across the waters of the Indus by the Kunhar Sharif Bridge, which will be constructed for PKR 10 billion. The previous CM declared that because the government had already provided the necessary funding, work on the bridge would begin in a matter of weeks.

The bridge is anticipated to bring together the five main tribes who have lived in the region for millennia in addition to mitigating travel time between Torghar and Peshawar by roughly half.

Laiq Mohammad Khan, the previous chairman of the Districts Development Advisory Committee of Torghar, also addressed the occasion.

In addition to his assistance in the creation of schools, colleges, and a district headquarters hospital, he claimed that his main goals are to provide the local population with access to medical treatment and educational opportunities.

نئے کے مطابق تورغر اور بونیر کے علاقے کنہار شریف پل کے ذریعے دریائے سندھ کے پانیوں سے منسلک ہوں گے، جو 10 ارب روپے سے تعمیر کیا جائے گا۔ سابق وزیر اعلیٰ نے اعلان کیا کہ چونکہ حکومت پہلے ہی ضروری فنڈنگ فراہم کر چکی ہے، اس لیے چند ہفتوں میں پل پر کام شروع ہو جائے گا۔
توقع ہے کہ یہ پل تورغر اور پشاور کے درمیان سفر کے وقت کو تقریباً نصف تک کم کرنے کے علاوہ اس خطے میں ہزاروں سالوں سے رہنے والے پانچ اہم قبائل کو اکٹھا کرے گا۔
اس موقع پر تورغر کی ڈسٹرکٹ ڈویلپمنٹ ایڈوائزری کمیٹی کے سابق چیئرمین لائق محمد خان نے بھی خطاب کیا۔
اسکولوں، کالجوں، اور ضلعی ہیڈکوارٹر ہسپتال کے قیام میں اپنی مدد کے علاوہ، انہوں نے دعویٰ کیا کہ ان کے بنیادی مقاصد مقامی آبادی کو علاج معالجے اور تعلیمی مواقع تک رسائی فراہم کرنا ہے۔
