KP Minister asks government departments to ensure timely completion of projects

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Parliamentary Affairs Akbar Ayub Khan said on Sunday that government departments should cooperate with each other for timely completion of developmental projects.

He was addressing a joint meeting of the local heads of WSSC Mardan, TMA Mardan and Communications Department at the LG Secretariat in Peshawar, said a handout.

The meeting took stock of the hygiene, sanitation, and development schemes in the area. The pace of work on the projects was also reviewed and necessary decisions were taken.

Akbar Ayub said that coordination among the heads and officials of all departments was essential to ensure the quality and timely completion of development schemes. He said that the goal of sustainable development could be achieved through the confidence of the people.

ایوب خان نے ترقیاتی منصوبوں کی بروقت تکمیل کے لئے حکومت سے تعاون کا مطالبہ کیا۔ پشاور: خیبر پختونخوا کے وزیر بلدیات ، دیہی ترقی و پارلیمانی امور اکبر ایوب خان نے اتوار کے روز کہا کہ سرکاری محکمے ترقیاتی منصوبوں کی بروقت تکمیل کے لئے ایک دوسرے سے تعاون کریں۔ وہ پشاور میں ایل جی سیکریٹریٹ میں ڈبلیو ایس ایس سی مردان ، ٹی ایم اے مردان اور محکمہ مواصلات کے مقامی سربراہوں کے مشترکہ اجلاس سے خطاب کر رہے تھے۔ اس اجلاس میں علاقے میں حفظان صحت ، صفائی ستھرائی ، اور ترقیاتی سکیموں کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔ منصوبوں پر کام کرنے کی رفتار کا بھی جائزہ لیا گیا اور ضروری فیصلے کیے گئے۔ اکبر ایوب نے کہا کہ ترقیاتی سکیموں کے معیار اور بروقت تکمیل کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے تمام محکموں کے سربراہان اور عہدیداروں کے درمیان ہم آہنگی ضروری ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پائیدار ترقی کا ہدف عوام کے اعتماد کے ذریعے حاصل کیا جاسکتا ہے۔
