KP government plans to building DI Khan Motorway

Chief Minister Mahmood Khan said this while attending a meeting through a video link on the project. Besides Federal Minister for Planning & Development Asad Umar, deputy chairman of Planning Commission and relevant federal and provincial officials attended the meeting.

Mahmood Khan termed the proposed project of vital importance for the sustainable development of the southern districts and KP in general.

He said the KP government would utilize all available resources to execute that project, adding the incumbent government was ambitious to start practical work on the project within its tenure.

Emphasizing the clearance of the financial and technical feasibility of the project in the upcoming meeting of the Central Development Working Party, the chief minister said the KP provincial government would go all-out to ensure the funding for the project and would utilize all available sources for the purpose.

The Provincial Development Working Party has already approved PC-1 of the project and forwarded the scheme to the Central Development Working Party for final approval.

The forum directed the relevant federal and provincial departments to thrash out the financial, technical, and commercial feasibility of the project within 10 days.

وزیراعلیٰ محمود خان نے یہ بات منصوبے پر ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے اجلاس میں شرکت کے دوران کہی۔ اجلاس میں وفاقی وزیر منصوبہ بندی و ترقیات اسد عمر کے علاوہ ڈپٹی چیئرمین پلاننگ کمیشن اور متعلقہ وفاقی و صوبائی عہدیدار شریک ہوئے۔

محمود خان نے عام طور پر جنوبی اضلاع اور کے پی کی پائیدار ترقی کے لئے اہم اہمیت کے مجوزہ منصوبے کو قرار دیا۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ کے پی حکومت اس منصوبے کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کے لئے تمام دستیاب وسائل بروئے کار لائے گی ، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ آنے والی حکومت اپنے دور اقتدار میں ہی اس منصوبے پر عملی کام شروع کرنے کی خواہشمند ہے۔

سنٹرل ڈویلپمنٹ ورکنگ پارٹی کے آئندہ اجلاس میں اس منصوبے کی مالی اور تکنیکی فزیبلٹی کی منظوری پر زور دیتے ہوئے وزیر اعلی نے کہا کہ خیبر پختونخواہ کی صوبائی حکومت اس منصوبے کے لئے فنڈز کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے ہر ممکن مدد کرے گی اور اس کے لئے تمام دستیاب ذرائع کو بروئے کار لائے گی۔ مقصد.

صوبائی ترقیاتی ورکنگ پارٹی نے پہلے ہی منصوبے کے پی سی ون کو منظوری دے دی ہے اور حتمی منظوری کے لئے اس اسکیم کو مرکزی ترقیاتی ورکنگ پارٹی کو بھجوا دیا ہے۔

فورم نے متعلقہ وفاقی اور صوبائی محکموں کو 10 دن کے اندر اندر منصوبے کی مالی ، تکنیکی اور تجارتی فزیبلٹی کو ختم کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔
