KP government decides to launch two new housing schemes in Peshawar, Mardan

The schemes are Tokra-III Ring Road in Peshawar and High Rise Flats in Mardan, which would be launched in the next two months.

The decision was taken during a meeting of the housing department chaired by Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, said a handout. The chief minister directed the housing department to fulfill all prerequisites to ensure the launching of schemes within the stipulated time.

Earlier, the meeting was briefed about the progress made so far on the development projects of the department. It was told that the planning and detailed design of the Tokra-III Housing Project is in process.

The project consists of 1,080 flats spreading over 79 Kanals. The scheme would be launched next month. The meeting was informed that the high-rise flats project in Mardan covering 2.17 Kanal of land would be launched in October, this year.

It was added that development work on the Hangu Housing Society would also be initiated soon. The participants were informed that balloting for 2,510 plots had been completed under Jalozai Housing Scheme Phase-III while progress was also being made on the Jalozai flats scheme covering 150 Kanal of land.

This scheme consists of 1,320 flats for which 750 applications have been received so far but the last date to apply for the scheme has been extended till August 31.

پشاور: کے پی حکومت نے پشاور اور مردان اضلاع میں دو نئی ہاؤسنگ سکیمیں شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔

سکیمیں پشاور میں ٹوکرا III رنگ روڈ اور مردان میں ہائی رائز فلیٹس ہیں ، جو اگلے دو ماہ میں شروع کی جائیں گی۔

یہ فیصلہ وزیراعلیٰ محمود خان کی زیر صدارت ہاؤسنگ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے اجلاس کے دوران کیا گیا۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے محکمہ ہاؤسنگ کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ تمام ضروریات کو پورا کرے تاکہ مقررہ وقت کے اندر سکیموں کے اجراء کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔

قبل ازیں اجلاس کو محکمہ کے ترقیاتی منصوبوں پر اب تک کی گئی پیش رفت کے بارے میں بریفنگ دی گئی۔ بتایا گیا کہ ٹوکرا III ہاؤسنگ پراجیکٹ کی منصوبہ بندی اور تفصیلی ڈیزائننگ جاری ہے۔

یہ پروجیکٹ 79 کنال پر پھیلے ہوئے 1080 فلیٹوں پر مشتمل ہے۔ یہ اسکیم اگلے ماہ شروع کی جائے گی۔ اجلاس کو بتایا گیا کہ مردان میں 2.17 کنال اراضی پر مشتمل ہائی رائز فلیٹس کا منصوبہ رواں سال اکتوبر میں شروع کیا جائے گا۔

مزید کہا گیا کہ ہنگو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی پر ترقیاتی کام بھی جلد شروع کیا جائے گا۔ شرکاء کو آگاہ کیا گیا کہ جلوزئی ہاؤسنگ سکیم فیز III کے تحت 2،510 پلاٹوں کے لیے ووٹنگ مکمل ہوچکی ہے جبکہ 150 کنال اراضی پر مشتمل جلوزئی فلیٹس اسکیم پر بھی پیش رفت جاری ہے۔

یہ اسکیم 1320 فلیٹوں پر مشتمل ہے جس کے لیے اب تک 750 درخواستیں موصول ہوئی ہیں لیکن اسکیم کے لیے درخواست دینے کی آخری تاریخ 31 اگست تک بڑھا دی گئی ہے۔
