KP courts connected through video linkages

The Peshawar High Court set foot in the realm of remote connectivity by ensuring remote video linkage with as well as from its benches, and district judiciary throughout Peshawar.

The inaugural ceremony was held at the principal seat. The benches and district courts throughout KP attended the event through a video link, said a press release.It was indeed a big step of what started with two virtual benches at Kohat, and Mardan.

In a record short span of time, the virtual benches and remote access points throughout KP were established, the human resource was trained, and positioned. Speaking at the occasion Judge In-charge, IT, Justice Rooh-ul-Amin Khan, senior puisne judge, congratulated the team for making it possible.

He said all efforts were being focused on ensuring that courts benefited from the Information and Communications Technology gadgetry so that speedy, and inexpensive justice was ensured.

Senior judges of Circuit Benches Justice Mohammad Ibrahim Khan, Justice Sahibzada Asadullah, Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim, and Justice Abdul Shakoor congratulated the team on the video linkages of courts.

They said the significance of remote accessibility has gained manifold importance in this post-Covid-19 world. Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid Khan congratulated his fellow judges, officials and experts for turning this dream in the form of reality.

پشاور: پشاور ہائی کورٹ نے کے پی عدالتوں کو ویڈیو روابط کے ذریعے جوڑنے والی ریموٹ ویڈیو لنکج کو یقینی بنایا۔ پشاور ہائیکورٹ نے دور دراز رابطوں کے دائرے پر قدم رکھا اور اس سے پورے پشاور میں ریموٹ ویڈیو رابطے کے ساتھ ساتھ اس کے بنچوں اور ضلعی عدلیہ کو بھی یقینی بنایا گیا۔ افتتاحی تقریب پرنسپل سیٹ پر ہوئی۔ ایک پریس ریلیز میں کہا گیا کہ کے پی کے پورے بینچوں اور ضلعی عدالتوں نے ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعہ اس تقریب میں شرکت کی۔ یہ واقعتا کوہاٹ اور مردان میں دو ورچوئل بنچوں کے ساتھ شروع ہوئی ایک بڑی کارروائی تھی۔ قلیل عرصہ میں ، خیبر پختونخواہ میں ورچوئل بنچز اور ریموٹ ایکسیس پوائنٹس قائم ہوگئے ، انسانی وسائل کی تربیت کی گئی ، اور ان کی پوزیشن قائم کی گئی۔ اس موقع پر جج انچارج ، آئی ٹی ، جسٹس روح الامین خان ، سینئر پوزین جج ، نے ٹیم کو ممکنہ بنانے پر مبارکباد دی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ انفارمیشن اینڈ مواصلات ٹکنالوجی گیجٹری سے عدالتوں کو فائدہ پہنچانے کو یقینی بنانے پر تمام تر کوششوں پر توجہ دی جارہی ہے تاکہ تیز رفتار اور سستا انصاف کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے۔ سرکٹ بینچ کے سینئر جج جسٹس محمد ابراہیم خان ، جسٹس صاحبزادہ اسداللہ ، جسٹس اشتیاق ابراہیم ، اور جسٹس عبد الشکور نے ٹیموں کو عدالتوں کے ویڈیو رابطوں پر مبارکباد دی۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ کوویڈ 19 کے بعد کی دنیا میں دور دراز کی رسائ کی اہمیت نے کئی گنا اہمیت حاصل کرلی ہے۔ چیف جسٹس پشاور ہائی کورٹ جسٹس قیصر راشد خان نے اپنے ساتھی ججوں ، عہدیداروں اور ماہرین کو مبارکباد پیش کی کہ اس خواب کو حقیقت کی شکل میں موڑ دیا۔
