KP CM inaugurates multiple uplift projects in Swat

According to the news sources, Cm inaugurates numerous projects Including hostel, lecture theatres, laboratories, auditorium, and other facilities in Saidu Medical College which have been completed at a cost of Rs 1.1 billion.

He also inaugurated a newly established laboratory and regional blood center at Saidu Teaching Hospital which has been completed at a cumulative cost of Rs 410 million.

According to the details, the chief minister, on the occasion, performed the groundbreaking of the hospital block, college block, and boundary wall of Saidu College of Dentistry which would be completed at an estimated cost of Rs 710 million.

Addressing the ceremony on this occasion, chief minister Mahmood khan said that the establishment of a dental college in Swat was certainly a historic step as it was the long-standing demand of the people of Malakand which has been fulfilled today.

He further added that people of the whole Malakand division would benefit from this college. He said that the incumbent government had increased seats in medical colleges from 1300 to 1750.

While terming extension of Sehat Card Plus to cent percent population of the province as a flagship project of PTI government, Mahmood Khan said Sehat Card Plus scheme was being made more comprehensive as free treatment of kidney diseases had been included in the scheme whereas liver transplantation, treatment of cancer and free OPD services would also be included soon.

سوات: وزیراعلیٰ کے پی محمود خان نے جمعہ کو ضلع سوات کا ایک روزہ دورہ کیا جہاں انہوں نے مختلف ترقیاتی منصوبوں کا افتتاح کیا۔
خبر رساں ذرائع کے مطابق وزیراعلیٰ نے سیدو میڈیکل کالج میں ہاسٹل، لیکچر تھیٹرز، لیبارٹریز، آڈیٹوریم اور دیگر سہولیات سمیت متعدد منصوبوں کا افتتاح کیا جو 1.1 ارب روپے کی لاگت سے مکمل کیے گئے ہیں۔
انہوں نے سیدو ٹیچنگ ہسپتال میں ایک نئی قائم شدہ لیبارٹری اور علاقائی بلڈ سنٹر کا بھی افتتاح کیا جو 410 ملین روپے کی مجموعی لاگت سے مکمل کیا گیا ہے۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق وزیراعلیٰ نے اس موقع پر ہسپتال بلاک، کالج بلاک اور سیدو کالج آف ڈینٹسٹری کی باؤنڈری وال کا سنگ بنیاد رکھا جس پر 710 ملین روپے کی لاگت کا تخمینہ لگایا جائے گا۔
اس موقع پر تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعلیٰ محمود خان نے کہا کہ سوات میں ڈینٹل کالج کا قیام یقیناً ایک تاریخی اقدام ہے کیونکہ یہ مالاکنڈ کے عوام کا دیرینہ مطالبہ تھا جو آج پورا ہو گیا ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ اس کالج سے پورے ملاکنڈ ڈویژن کے لوگ مستفید ہوں گے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ موجودہ حکومت نے میڈیکل کالجوں میں سیٹیں 1300 سے بڑھا کر 1750 کر دیں۔
صحت کارڈ پلس کی توسیع کو صوبے کی صد فیصد آبادی تک پی ٹی آئی حکومت کا فلیگ شپ پراجیکٹ قرار دیتے ہوئے محمود خان نے کہا کہ صحت کارڈ پلس سکیم کو مزید جامع بنایا جا رہا ہے کیونکہ سکیم میں گردوں کے امراض کا مفت علاج شامل کیا گیا ہے جبکہ جگر کی پیوند کاری، کینسر کا علاج اور مفت او پی ڈی خدمات بھی جلد شامل کی جائیں گی۔
