KDA to auction residential and commercial properties from 25th February

According to the news sources, the auction of residential and commercial properties would be held at the seminar hall of Civic Center Karachi. The Director-General KDA, Syed Saif-ur-Rehman has assured that the auction of these units will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the authority.

The DG has also directed the officials concerned to maintain transparency in the auction of residential units, offices, and shops. He issued these directives during the 3^rd meeting as the Chairman of the Executive Board for Public Housing Scheme here, as informed by the spokesperson.

The meeting was held to discuss the recommendations submitted by the different organizations regarding the market value of the shops, offices, and other property in the Daycare Centre North Nazimabad, Surjani Retreat Apartment, Surjani View Apartment, Civic Center, and Gulshan Terrace.
