Kasur, Nankana & Sheikhupura granted under the control of LDA again

According to the news sources, A notification will be issued in the meeting minutes of the LDA Governing Body to re-incorporate the districts of Nankana Kasur and Sheikhupura into the LDA

An ordinance issued by the Governor of Punjab expired on 11th October 2021. After 11th October 2021, the ordinance issued by the Governor of Punjab should not be followed in this regard.

According to the details, the present government could not legislate on the boundaries of the LDA. Due to the lack of legislation by the government, building control of Kasur, Nankana and Sheikhupura has been handed over to LDA.

While news Sources said that after the implementation of the new local body, the demarcation of Kasur, Nankana, and Sheikhupura will be decided again.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق ننکانہ قصور اور شیخوپورہ کے اضلاع کو دوبارہ ایل ڈی اے میں شامل کرنے کا نوٹیفکیشن ایل ڈی اے گورننگ باڈی کے اجلاس میں جاری کیا جائے گا۔
گورنر پنجاب کی طرف سے جاری کردہ آرڈیننس کی میعاد 11 اکتوبر 2021 کو ختم ہو گئی۔ 11 اکتوبر 2021 کے بعد اس حوالے سے گورنر پنجاب کے جاری کردہ آرڈیننس پر عمل نہیں کیا جانا چاہیے۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق موجودہ حکومت ایل ڈی اے کی حدود سے متعلق قانون سازی نہ کر سکی۔ حکومت کی جانب سے قانون سازی نہ ہونے کے باعث قصور، ننکانہ اور شیخوپورہ کا بلڈنگ کنٹرول ایل ڈی اے کے حوالے کر دیا گیا ہے۔
جبکہ خبر ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ نئے بلدیاتی نظام کے نفاذ کے بعد قصور,ننکانہ اور شیخوپورہ کی حد بندی کا دوبارہ فیصلہ کیا جائے گا۔
