Islamia University's Rs 8.8 billion budget approved by the F&P Committee

The budget approved has paid special attention to the construction and development of the university, while promoting research activities, and the welfare of the students. A record-breaking Rs.4 billion has been allocated for the development expenditure. Utilizing this amount new and groundbreaking developmental projects will be launched, helping the university further develop its infrastructure

Treasurer Prof, Dr. Abubakar revealed that the budget deficit was controlled and turned into a surplus budget last year due to good financial management. A special budget planning and events section has also been set up in the Finance Branch helping bring transparency and innovation within financial affairs.

بہاولپور: اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کی فنانس اینڈ پلاننگ کمیٹی نے 20 ارب روپے کے بجٹ کی منظوری دے دی۔ مالی سال 2022-23 کے لیے 8.8 بلین روپے، ایک خبر ذرائع نے رپورٹ کیا۔
منظور شدہ بجٹ میں یونیورسٹی کی تعمیر و ترقی، تحقیقی سرگرمیوں کے فروغ اور طلباء کی فلاح و بہبود پر خصوصی توجہ دی گئی ہے۔ ترقیاتی اخراجات کے لیے ریکارڈ 4 ارب روپے مختص کیے گئے ہیں۔ اس رقم کو بروئے کار لا کر یونیورسٹی کے بنیادی ڈھانچے کو مزید ترقی دینے میں نئے اور اہم ترقیاتی منصوبے شروع کیے جائیں گے۔
خزانچی پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ابوبکر نے انکشاف کیا کہ بہتر مالیاتی انتظام کی وجہ سے بجٹ خسارہ کنٹرول کیا گیا اور پچھلے سال سرپلس بجٹ میں تبدیل ہوا۔ فنانس برانچ میں ایک خصوصی بجٹ پلاننگ اور ایونٹس سیکشن بھی قائم کیا گیا ہے جو مالی معاملات میں شفافیت اور جدت لانے میں مدد کرتا ہے۔
