Expressing these views, the chairman of the Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC), Mian Kashif Ashfaq, said that Allama Iqbal Industrial City was a historic project of the present government which reflected the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan and the chief minister.

State-of-the-art amenities will be provided at the Allama Iqbal Industrial City, which will be provided with electricity and gas supply, a modern security system, and trained security staff. With the establishment of the One Window Service Center, the problems of all the industries related to the industry will be solved under one roof.

He added 300 acres have been allotted for the Pakistani community living in Saudi Arabia in Allama Iqbal Industrial City where they will set up various types of industries while 1000 acres have been allotted for China and other countries. Allama Iqbal Industrial City is expected to invest $250 billion, which will provide employment to half a million people.

The FIEDMC chairman said that Allama Iqbal Industrial City is the first project in Pakistan and the only project in Punjab to be built under CPEC Authority where investors will have access to property special economic zone facility under which industrialists will get significant tax exemption and duty-free, missionary import facility will be provided.

Mian Kashif Ashfaq further clarified that Allama Iqbal Industrial City is located at the best location in Pakistan from where access to the whole world including Pakistan is possible.

سی پی ای سی کے تحت 1000 ایکڑ اراضی پر تعمیر علامہ اقبال انڈسٹریل سٹی کا پہلا مرحلہ مکمل ہوچکا ہے اور 10 سے زائد کمپنیوں نے یہاں صنعتی پلانٹ لگائے ہیں۔

فیصل آباد انڈسٹریل اسٹیٹ ڈویلپمنٹ اینڈ مینجمنٹ کمپنی (ایف آئی ای ڈی ایم سی) کے چیئرمین میاں کاشف اشفاق نے کہا کہ علامہ اقبال انڈسٹریل سٹی موجودہ حکومت کا ایک تاریخی منصوبہ ہے جو وزیر اعظم عمران خان اور وزیر اعلی کے وژن کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔

علامہ اقبال انڈسٹریل سٹی میں جدید ترین سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں گی ، جس میں بجلی اور گیس کی فراہمی ، جدید سکیورٹی سسٹم اور تربیت یافتہ سیکیورٹی عملہ فراہم کیا جائے گا۔ ون ونڈو سروس سنٹر کے قیام سے ، صنعت سے متعلق تمام صنعتوں کے مسائل ایک ہی چھت کے نیچے حل ہوجائیں گے۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ علامہ اقبال انڈسٹریل سٹی میں سعودی عرب میں بسنے والی پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے لئے 300 ایکڑ رقبے مختص کی گئی ہیں جہاں وہ مختلف اقسام کی صنعتیں قائم کریں گی جبکہ چین اور دیگر ممالک کے لئے 1000 ایکڑ زمین مختص کی گئی ہے۔ توقع ہے کہ علامہ اقبال انڈسٹریل سٹی میں 250 بلین ڈالر کی سرمایہ کاری ہوگی ، جس سے نصف ملین افراد کو روزگار ملے گا۔

ایف آئی ای ڈی ایم سی چیئرمین نے کہا کہ علامہ اقبال انڈسٹریل سٹی پاکستان کا پہلا منصوبہ ہے اور سی پی ای سی اتھارٹی کے تحت تعمیر کیا جانے والا پنجاب کا واحد منصوبہ ہے جہاں سرمایہ کاروں کو پراپرٹی اسپیشل اکنامک زون کی سہولت میسر ہوگی جس کے تحت صنعت کاروں کو قابل ٹیکس چھوٹ اور ڈیوٹی فری ملے گی۔ ، مشنری درآمد کی سہولت فراہم کی جائے گی۔

میاں کاشف اشفاق نے مزید واضح کیا کہ علامہ اقبال انڈسٹریل سٹی پاکستان کے بہترین مقام پر واقع ہے جہاں سے پاکستان سمیت پوری دنیا تک رسائی ممکن ہے۔
