Investors Meeting Prime Minister and Showing Interest to Invest in IT Sector of Pakistan

Washington: Zia Chishti; the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Afiniti, Muhammad Khaishgi; the Founding Partner of The Resource Group, Hasnain Aslam; the CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of The Resource Group met the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan at Embassy of Pakistan in Washington DC, United States of America on Sunday.
CEO of Afiniti and Founding Partner and CIO of The Resource Group meet Imran Khan to discuss the investment opportunity in Pakistan and showed a keen interest in investing IT sector of Pakistan.
During this meeting, Shah Mehmood Qureshi; the Foreign Minister, Syed Ali Haider Zaidi; the Minister for Maritime Affairs, Abdul Razak Dawood; the Adviser to the PM on Commerce, Dr. Abdul Hafeez Sheikh; the Adviser to the PM on Finance, Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari; SAPM on Overseas Pakistanis and HRD were present.
The investors have expressed their desire and yearning to further enhance their investment in the Information Technology and the Technology sector of Pakistan.
Imran Khan invited the oversea businessmen as well as the investors before to benefit from the economic along with growing business opportunities in Pakistan. On the call, a group of prospective and potential investors approached to the Pakistan Embassy in Washington DC, that was led by Pakistani-American leading businessman named Javaid Anwar. The prospective investors appreciated the improved law and order situation of the country and agreed to invest in the IT sector of Pakistan as well as the energy and tourism sector of the country.
Tahir Javed, the Texas-based leading businessman and one of the high ranking influential member of the Democratic Party of USA also met with Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan to discuss the possibilities and opportunities the country holds for the foreign investors.
