Iftikhar Ali Shallwani: Construction at the Park Road Housing Scheme Will Begin Soon

In a meeting with the secretary of housing and works, the delegation discussed concerns and problems with the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority's (FGHEA's) ongoing Park Road Housing Scheme.

After the latest scheme voting, the layout plan (LOP) was finished and PC-1 had already received approval, the secretary of housing informed the delegation. He further stated that construction work would shortly begin in order to deliver possession to the allottees within the allotted period.

The delegation expressed their pleasure with the plan and complimented the secretary's efforts. Tariq Rashid, the Director General of the FGEHA, as well as other representatives from the Ministry were present at the meeting.

سیکرٹری ہاؤسنگ اینڈ ورکس کے ساتھ ملاقات میں وفد نے فیڈرل گورنمنٹ ایمپلائز ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی (FGHEA's) کی جاری پارک روڈ ہاؤسنگ اسکیم سے متعلق خدشات اور مسائل پر تبادلہ خیال کیا۔
سیکرٹری ہاؤسنگ نے وفد کو بتایا کہ تازہ ترین سکیم کی ووٹنگ کے بعد لے آؤٹ پلان (LOP) مکمل ہو چکا ہے اور PC-1 کی منظوری پہلے ہی مل چکی ہے، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ الاٹیوں کو مختص مدت میں قبضہ دینے کے لیے جلد ہی تعمیراتی کام شروع ہو جائے گا۔
وفد نے اس منصوبے پر خوشی کا اظہار کیا اور سیکرٹری کی کاوشوں کو سراہا۔ اجلاس میں ایف جی ای ایچ اے کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل طارق رشید اور وزارت کے دیگر نمائندے بھی موجود تھے۔
