Karachi: Managing Director House Building Finance Company (HBFC) Limited, Syed Basit Aly is optimistic to take a lead in the “Naya Pakistan Housing Project” among all financial institutions, a news source reported.
After the official inauguration of HBFC newly renovated Karachi – II Branch in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, he told the media that HBFC has fixed a disbursement target of Rs. 4.5 billion for the ongoing year and would enhance further for the ‘Naya Pakistan Housing Project’.
He asserted that the state company would take a lead among all financial institutions in Prime Minister’s Naya Pakistan Housing Project.
During the media briefing, he also revealed the recoveries that HBFC had made. According to him, the company had improved its recoveries from 52 percent to 75 percent during the past five years. He also mentioned that the company had no intention to introduce a voluntary separation scheme.
Talking about the newly inaugurated office, Basit Aly said that “2020 has been a challenging year for the financial services sector; however, the company's continuous effort to offer easy housing finance services to the customers we can look forward to another successful year for HBFC.”

انہوں نے زور دے کر کہا کہ ریاستی کمپنی وزیر اعظم کے نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ پروجیکٹ کے تمام مالیاتی اداروں میں برتری حاصل کرے گی۔
میڈیا بریفنگ کے دوران ، انہوں نے ایچ بی ایف سی کی بازیابیوں کا انکشاف بھی کیا۔ ان کے بقول ، کمپنی نے گذشتہ پانچ سالوں میں اپنی بازیافت 52 فیصد سے 75 فیصد تک بڑھا دی تھی۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی بتایا کہ کمپنی کا رضاکارانہ علیحدگی اسکیم متعارف کرانے کا کوئی ارادہ نہیں ہے۔
نئے افتتاحی دفتر کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے باسط ایلی نے کہا کہ "2020 مالی خدمات کے شعبے کے لئے ایک مشکل سال رہا ہے۔ تاہم ، صارفین کو آسان ہاؤسنگ فنانس خدمات پیش کرنے کے لئے کمپنی کی مستقل کوشش ہم HBFC کے لئے کسی اور کامیاب سال کے منتظر ہیں۔
