Gwadar International Airport, a $230 million megaproject is progressing quickly

4,600 tons of steel were used to complete the building, according to a statement released today by the DGPR.

The 4,600 tons of steel that make up the airport's construction have all been used, and now work is being done on the roof, the interior, and the installation of electro-mechanical equipment.

A 300 MW coal power project would be implemented in Gwadar, according to the decision of a high-level meeting presided over by the Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal.

The project is anticipated to be finished in 42 months, and the Makran division will also be connected to the National Grid within the following two months.

وفاقی وزیر برائے منصوبہ بندی و ترقی احسن اقبال کی زیر صدارت اعلیٰ سطح کے اجلاس کے فیصلے کے مطابق گوادر میں 300 میگاواٹ کا کول پاور پراجیکٹ لاگو کیا جائے گا۔
یہ منصوبہ 42 ماہ میں مکمل ہونے کی توقع ہے، اور مکران ڈویژن کو بھی اگلے دو ماہ میں نیشنل گرڈ سے منسلک کر دیا جائے گا۔
