Gulberg Residencia Offering Plot Possession of Blocks L and M

The developers of the projects have been notified by the administration to start handing over the possession of the plots in the phases. As per the latest publication of Gulberg Islamabad, the possession of the plots is now being offered for the remaining available plots in Block L and is also offering a completely new batch of plots in Block M.

The management of the society has notified that the details on remaining plots are ready for the possession work in Block M and it will be shared to the massive public through another publication in upcoming days.

A couple of years back, Fortune Destiny was launched by Gulberg Islamabad. It was a mixed project that was offering possession of plots in Block B of Gulberg Residencia. The offer included shops as well as one, two and three bedroom apartments for possession.

The management of the Gulberg Residencia has also requested the owners of the sold plots to immediately contact the society office in Gulberg Green (another part of Gulberg Islamabad) to get possession of the property easily. The developers of the plots have assigned new numbers to the plots in Block L and Block M. the owners of the plots can tally the new plot number against the old number of the plot they have when they visited the site office for the first time.
