Grand operation against non-payment of commercial fees and illegal commercial activities conducted by LDA

Following the directions of the LDA DG Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, the operation was launched who said that heavy action will be taken against all illegal and unapproved commercial buildings and business centers.  

Legal notices were sent out to the owners of the buildings who were directed to rectify the irregularities. Added to that, it was mentioned that if the LDA notices were not implemented, action will be taken against the buildings. Failure to implement upon LDA’s instructions would lead to sealing the illegal constructions. The operation was supervised by Chief Town Planner Shakeel Anjum Minhas. Amidst the operation, the Enforcement Wing and heavy police force were also present.

ڈی جی ایل ڈی اے چوہدری محمد علی رندھاوا کی ہدایت پر آپریشن شروع کیا گیا جنہوں نے کہا کہ تمام غیر قانونی اور غیر منظور شدہ کمرشل عمارتوں اور کاروباری مراکز کے خلاف بھرپور کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
عمارتوں کے مالکان کو قانونی نوٹس بھجوائے گئے جنہیں بے ضابطگیوں کو دور کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی۔ اس میں مزید کہا گیا کہ اگر ایل ڈی اے کے نوٹسز پر عمل درآمد نہ ہوا تو عمارتوں کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے گی۔ ایل ڈی اے کی ہدایات پر عمل درآمد میں ناکامی غیر قانونی تعمیرات کو سیل کرنے کا باعث بنے گی۔ آپریشن کی نگرانی چیف ٹاؤن پلانر شکیل انجم منہاس نے کی۔ آپریشن کے دوران انفورسمنٹ ونگ اور پولیس کی بھاری نفری بھی موجود تھی۔
