Governor Punjab passed ordinance for setting up of Commercial Courts in Punjab

According to the ordinance issued by Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, if the accused does not appear in the commercial courts, the case will be decided after two dates, while the commercial cases pending in other courts will be transferred to the new commercial courts.

According to the ordinance, commercial courts will decide cases from other courts within 180 days. The boundaries of the constituency will also be fixed for hearing the cases of all commercial courts.

Governor Punjab says the establishment of commercial courts will increase the confidence of investors in the government and legal system, providing timely justice to the business community is the government's top priority, ignoring the role of the business community in Pakistan's economic strength. There will be no unnecessary delays in cases in commercial courts.

Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said that the time limit would also be fixed for the decision of cases in commercial courts. Provincial Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal and others participated in the ceremony of issuing the ordinance.

It may be recalled that the LDA Amendment Ordinance was issued by Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar yesterday.

لاہور: تاجر برادری کو انصاف فراہم کرنے کے تاریخی اقدام میں ، گورنر پنجاب نے لاہور سمیت پنجاب کے پانچ اضلاع میں تجارتی عدالتیں قائم کرنے کا آرڈیننس جاری کیا۔

گورنر پنجاب چودھری محمد سرور کے جاری کردہ آرڈیننس کے مطابق ، اگر ملزم تجارتی عدالتوں میں پیش نہیں ہوتا ہے تو ، اس کیس کا فیصلہ دو تاریخوں کے بعد کیا جائے گا ، جبکہ دیگر عدالتوں میں زیر التوا تجارتی مقدمات نئی تجارتی عدالتوں میں منتقل کردیئے جائیں گے۔

آرڈیننس کے مطابق ، تجارتی عدالتیں 180 عدالتوں میں دیگر عدالتوں سے مقدمات کا فیصلہ کریں گی۔ تمام تجارتی عدالتوں کے مقدمات کی سماعت کے لئے بھی حلقہ کی حدود طے کی جائیں گی۔

گورنر پنجاب کا کہنا ہے کہ تجارتی عدالتوں کے قیام سے حکومت اور قانونی نظام میں سرمایہ کاروں کے اعتماد میں اضافہ ہوگا ، تاجر برادری کو بروقت انصاف کی فراہمی حکومت کی اولین ترجیح ہے ، پاکستان کی معاشی طاقت میں تاجر برادری کے کردار کو نظر انداز کرتے ہوئے۔ تجارتی عدالتوں میں مقدمات میں غیرضروری تاخیر نہیں ہوگی۔

گورنر پنجاب چوہدری محمد سرور نے کہا کہ تجارتی عدالتوں میں مقدمات کے فیصلے کے لئے بھی وقت کی حد مقرر کی جائے گی۔ آرڈیننس جاری کرنے کی تقریب میں صوبائی وزیر میاں اسلم اقبال ، اور دیگر نے شرکت کی۔

یاد رہے کہ ایل ڈی اے ترمیمی آرڈیننس گزشتہ روز گورنر پنجاب چوہدری محمد سرور نے جاری کیا تھا۔

گورنر پنجاب چوہدری محمد سرور نے کہا ہے کہ عوام کی امنگوں کے مطابق فیصلے کرنا حکومت کی اولین ترجیح ہے ، اور حکومت عوام کو ہر شعبے میں راحت فراہم کررہی ہے۔
