Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur has given the deadline for the submission of forms for all its residential and commercial properties. The announced date, 15th of April, will be the last day for submitting the application forms. The plot divisions being offered in the include residential plots measured in 125, 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 sq. yards. Commercial plots that are made available to the masses are in divisions of 125,200 and 250 sq. yards. There is also the freedom for investors and potential buyers to choose residential farmhouses measuring 4-8 kanal. Plus point for the masses is that these properties are also available on a flexible payment plan that can be availed through easy procedure.
According to our news source, applicants can get application forms from all branches of the banks which have been designated by DHA Bahawalpur, DHA Bahawalpur’s head office, and all sub-offices in other cities including Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi. Furthermore, there is always the available option of the DHA mobile application and the official website which goes like this - https://www.dhabahawalpur.com/. To submit the forms, all applicants must attach their original bank challans with their forms and submit or email them to the DHA Bahawalpur Head office.
