The combined budget for the three key projects, UD Wing, WASA, and TEPA, totaling more than 78.66 billion rupees, was also authorized.
The ancient vegetable and fruit market land adjacent to the Arfa Karim Tower will be used for better uses after it was decided to use it for better reasons and approval was given for the construction of the Akbar Chowk flyover.
Moreover, permission was granted for the management of mosque operations and renovations in the Mohlanwal, Jubilee Town, and LDA Avenue-1 housing developments.

ارفع کریم ٹاور سے ملحقہ قدیم سبزی و فروٹ منڈی کی اراضی کو بہتر استعمال کے لیے استعمال کرنے کے بعد اسے بہتر وجوہات کی بنا پر استعمال کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا اور اکبر چوک فلائی اوور کی تعمیر کی منظوری دی گئی۔
مزید یہ کہ موہلنوال، جوبلی ٹاؤن اور ایل ڈی اے ایونیو-1 ہاؤسنگ ڈویلپمنٹ میں مساجد کے آپریشنز اور تزئین و آرائش کے انتظام کے لیے اجازت دی گئی۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے ایل ڈی اے کے اندر ایک ٹیکنیکل ڈپارٹمنٹ کے قیام کو لازمی قرار دیا اور اس کے ساتھ تیزی سے آگے بڑھنے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔
