For Sindh's reconstruction, the World Bank will contribute Rs116 billion

According to Sharjeel Inam, the World Bank has also committed to contributing Rs 6 billion for the reconstruction of Karachi's infrastructure that has been destroyed by recent torrential downpours, while the Sindh government will contribute Rs 7 billion.

The infrastructure of the metropolis is expected to need to be rebuilt for a total of Rs13 billion. Murad Ali Shah, the chief minister, is personally overseeing the entire procedure and regularly convening district-level meetings to address the difficulties.

Sharjeel Inam said that the Sindh government has given the victims 506,579 tents, 523,195 tarpaulins, 3,023,872 mosquito nets, 798,053 liters of mineral water, and other necessities.

In addition, prepared meals are being distributed to all relief camps and tent cities.

شرجیل انعام کے مطابق ورلڈ بینک نے حالیہ طوفانی بارشوں سے تباہ ہونے والے کراچی کے انفراسٹرکچر کی تعمیر نو کے لیے 6 ارب روپے دینے کا بھی وعدہ کیا ہے جب کہ سندھ حکومت 7 ارب روپے دے گی۔
میٹرو پولس کے بنیادی ڈھانچے کو دوبارہ تعمیر کرنے کی کل 13 ارب روپے کی ضرورت ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ مراد علی شاہ ذاتی طور پر اس پورے طریقہ کار کی نگرانی کر رہے ہیں اور مشکلات سے نمٹنے کے لیے باقاعدگی سے ضلعی سطح کے اجلاس بلا رہے ہیں۔
شرجیل انعام نے کہا کہ سندھ حکومت نے متاثرین کو 506,579 خیمے، 523,195 ترپال، 3,023,872 مچھر دانیاں، 798,053 لیٹر صاف پانی اور دیگر اشیائے ضروریات فراہم کی ہیں۔
اس کے علاوہ تیار کھانا تمام ریلیف کیمپوں اور ٹینٹ سٹیز میں تقسیم کیا جا رہا ہے۔
