Federal Ombudsman directs CDA to digitize record by September 30

He asked the CDA to provide an access road to the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Bhara Kahu Scheme on a priority basis.

The Ombudsman while chairing a meeting to review projects of CDA, also asked the Chairman CDA to take strict measures and ensure completion of all codal formalities of the Regulators including CDA or any other authority before starting any new project or housing scheme in Islamabad by anybody either by the government or the private sector.

CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed gave a detailed briefing to the Federal Ombudsman on the ongoing projects in Islamabad.

He said that more than 2000 flats are under construction in the I-15 sector and Cat-I flats have been completed whereas flats of Cat-II are under construction and 70% of the work of parks and other facilities have been completed.

He said that possession of these flats would be started in December this year. He further said that the work in Sectors C-15, E-12, and I-12 is underway and its possession would be started very soon.

He said that work on Margalla highway has been started which would connect the G.T. Road and M-1. He also said that work on IJP road and Bhara Kahu bye-pass have been started on a speedy basis.

اسلام آباد: وفاقی محتسب سید طاہر شہباز نے سی ڈی اے کو ہدایت دی ہے کہ وہ اگلے ماہ کی 30 تاریخ تک اپنے ریکارڈ کو ڈیجیٹلائز کر لے۔

انہوں نے سی ڈی اے سے کہا کہ وہ فیڈرل گورنمنٹ ایمپلائز ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی (ایف جی ای ایچ اے) بھارہ کہو اسکیم کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر ایک رسائی سڑک فراہم کرے۔

سی ڈی اے کے منصوبوں کا جائزہ لینے کے لیے ایک اجلاس کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے محتسب نے چیئرمین سی ڈی اے سے یہ بھی کہا کہ وہ سخت اقدامات کرے اور اسلام آباد میں کوئی بھی نیا پروجیکٹ یا ہاؤسنگ سکیم شروع کرنے سے پہلے سی ڈی اے یا کسی اور اتھارٹی سمیت ریگولیٹرز کی تمام کوڈل رسمی تکمیل کو یقینی بنائے۔

چیئرمین سی ڈی اے عامر علی احمد نے وفاقی محتسب کو اسلام آباد میں جاری منصوبوں پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ I-15 سیکٹر میں 2000 سے زائد فلیٹس زیر تعمیر ہیں اور کیٹ I فلیٹس مکمل ہو چکے ہیں جبکہ کیٹ II کے فلیٹس زیر تعمیر ہیں اور پارکوں اور دیگر سہولیات کا 70 فیصد کام مکمل ہو چکا ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ ان فلیٹوں کا قبضہ رواں سال دسمبر میں شروع کیا جائے گا۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ سیکٹرز C-15 ، E-12 ، اور I-12 میں کام جاری ہے اور اس کا قبضہ بہت جلد شروع کر دیا جائے گا۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ مارگلہ شاہراہ پر کام شروع کر دیا گیا ہے جو کہ جی ٹی کو جوڑ دے گا۔ روڈ اور M-1۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ آئی جے پی روڈ اور بھارہ کہو بائی پاس پر کام تیزی سے شروع کیا گیا ہے۔
