FDA to create Dual Carriageway at Samundri Road

Director-General of FDA Muhammad Sohail Khawaja visited the project site to have a look at the on-ground process of the project on Wednesday. While visiting, FDA DG said that special attention has been drawn on spiraling infrastructure for the long-lasting development of the city. He said that the developing feature of the area would be justified as a mini bypass to reduce the distance between Summandri Road and Bypass Road.

DG Muhammad Sohail Khawaja furthermore praised the cooperation of private housing societies for their contribution of special funds. He mentioned that a big part of funds has been collected by the City Housing Scheme while other housing societies like Four Season, Meadows, and some other projects of the nearby area are also paying their share.

DG further said that the community was being urbanized to look for the cooperation for the commencement of the public welfare projects along with the projects of Faisalabad Ring Road, Sitiana Road Express Way, and Techno Park.

“FDA was taking several measures to promote the construction sector for the advancement of allied industries and generating employment opportunities,” Said DG Muhammad Sohail Khawaja.

According to the private housing schemes that are contributing funds for the construction of dual carriageway along Rajbah Baloch Canal find this project very beneficial for the advancement of the area.

ڈائریکٹر جنرل ایف ڈی اے محمد سہیل خواجہ نے بدھ کے روز پراجیکٹ کے موجودہ عمل دیکھنے کے لئے پراجیکٹ سائٹ کا دورہ کیا۔ دورہ کرنے کے دوران ، ایف ڈی اے ڈی جی نے بتایا کہ شہر کی دیرپا ترقی کے انفراسٹرکچر پر خصوصی توجہ دی گئی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سمندری روڈ اور بائی پاس روڈ کے مابین فاصلہ کم کرنے کیلئے اس علاقے کی ترقی پذیر خصوصیت کو منی بائی پاس کے طور پر جواز بنایا جائے گا۔

ڈی جی محمد سہیل خواجہ نے نجی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں کے خصوصی فنڈز میں شراکت کے لئے تعاون کی تعریف کی۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ فنڈز کا بڑا حصہ سٹی ہاؤسنگ اسکیم کے ذریعہ جمع کیا گیا ہے جبکہ دیگر ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں جیسے فور سیزن ، میڈوز اور آس پاس کے علاقے کے کچھ دیگر منصوبے بھی اپنا حصہ ادا کررہے ہیں۔

ڈی جی نے مزید بتایا کہ فیصل آباد رنگ روڈ ، سیٹیانا روڈ ایکسپریس وے اور ٹیکنو پارک کے منصوبوں کے ساتھ ساتھ عوامی فلاح و بہبود کے منصوبوں کے آغاز کے لئے تعاون کی تلاش میں کمیونٹی کو شہری بنایا جارہا ہے۔
ڈی جی محمد سہیل خواجہ نے کہا ، "ایف ڈی اے اتحادی صنعتوں کی ترقی اور روزگار کے مواقع پیدا کرنے کے لئے تعمیراتی شعبے کو فروغ دینے کے لئے متعدد اقدامات اٹھا رہا ہے"

نجی ہاؤسنگ اسکیمیں جو رجبہ بلوچ کینال کے ساتھ ساتھ دوہری شہراہ کی تعمیر کے لئے فنڈز فراہم کررہی ہیں ان کے مطابق اس منصوبے کو علاقے کی ترقی کے لئے بہت فائدہ مند معلوم ہوتا ہے۔
