FDA Seals Offices of Nine illegal Housing Schemes

It is been reported that the FDA team lead by Estate Office Imtiaz Ali Goraya and over the directions of FDA Director-General Muhammad Sohail Khawaja, checked the status of private housing schemes which were established at Tehsil Jaranwala and Khurianwala Town.

 He discovered that Haider Town, Ghafoor Town, Royal Villas, Model Town, Gold City, and four other schemes were established with no official approval of FDA and violation of rules and regulations of the authority is taking place.

After knowing this, the FDA enforcement team at once sealed the offices of nine unapproved housing schemes and destroyed the illegal structures. The developers of the illegal housing schemes are asked to get their housing schemes approved through the fulfillment of all legal requirements.

The FDA Director-General mentioned that the development process related to sanctioning of various NOCS had been made quite easy under the new system introduced by the government for promoting the construction sector.

He further told that the applications of the approval-seeking developers of the housing schemes, issuance of NOCs, and building plans were being handled and processed at E- Khidmat Markaz for completing the departmental process at one place for avoiding inconvenience and confusion.

بتایا گیا ہے کہ ایف ڈی اے کی ٹیم اسٹیٹ آفس امتیاز علی گورایہ کی سربراہی میں اور ایف ڈی اے کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل محمد سہیل خواجہ کی ہدایت پر تحصیل جڑانوالہ اور کھوریاں والا ٹاؤن میں قائم نجی ہاؤسنگ اسکیموں کی صورتحال کا جائزہ لیا۔

انہوں نے دریافت کیا کہ حیدر ٹاؤن ، غفور ٹاؤن ، رائل ولاز ، ماڈل ٹاؤن ، گولڈ سٹی ، اور چار دیگر اسکیمیں ایف ڈی اے کی باضابطہ منظوری کے بغیر قائم کی گئیں اور اتھارٹی کے قواعد و ضوابط کی خلاف ورزی ہورہی ہے۔

یہ جاننے کے بعد ، ایف ڈی اے نافذ کرنے والی ٹیم نے ایک ہی وقت میں نو غیر منظور شدہ ہاؤسنگ اسکیموں کے دفاتر سیل کردیئے اور غیر قانونی ڈھانچے کو تباہ کردیا۔ غیر قانونی رہائشی سکیموں کے ڈویلپروں سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ وہ تمام قانونی تقاضوں کی تکمیل کے ذریعے اپنی رہائش کی اسکیمیں منظور کروائیں۔

ایف ڈی اے کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل نے بتایا کہ حکومت نے تعمیراتی شعبے کو فروغ دینے کے لئے متعارف کرائے گئے نئے نظام کے تحت مختلف این او سی ایس کی منظوری سے متعلق ترقیاتی عمل کو کافی آسان بنایا تھا۔

انہوں نے مزید بتایا کہ ہاؤسنگ اسکیموں ، این او سی کے اجراء ، اور عمارتوں کے منصوبوں کے منظوری لینے والے ڈویلپرز کی درخواستوں کو سنبھال لیا گیا ہے اور تکلیف اور الجھن سے بچنے کے لئے محکمہ عمل کو ایک ہی جگہ پر مکمل کرنے کے لئے ای۔خدمت مارکاز میں کارروائی کی جارہی ہے۔
