FDA sealed illegal housing society in Faisalabad

The FDA team led by Director Estate Management Junaid Hasan Manj conducted the operation against illegal housing society named Gulberg Green Housing Scheme located at Chak No. 222-GB Risalay Wala Road and sealed it after demolishing the main gate, boundary walls, and other illegal constructions, as revealed by the FDA spokesperson.

The management of the sealed housing scheme was directed to get the formal approval from FDA authorities for establishing the housing colony by fulfilling all the required legal formalities, he added.

He also told the attending buyers to get the legal status of a housing scheme verified prior to purchasing the plots to avoid any difficulty. He also said that the FDA had issued a list of illegal housing schemes in this regard, that can be acquired from the FDA office.
