Establishes a committee to Examine the Duplicate Files Case in Johar Town: Lahore Development Authority

The committee must also determine whether the in-force SOPs have addressed every incidence of the production of duplicate files commencing from the day the application relating to property file No. JT-306-A/J-1 was submitted, or May 5, 2018, through January 31, 2023.

It will also investigate whether occurrences of plot exchange that took place between May 5, 2018, and January 31, 2023, were handled in accordance with the relevant SOPs.

The committee is also required to review any files on the list of Johar Town missing files that have been processed or reconstructed since it was published in 2009.

The committee also decided to compare and contrast the inventory record, the data that was scanned, and the list of duplicate files that may be found in the parent directorate.

کمیٹی کو یہ بھی طے کرنا ہوگا کہ آیا نافذ ایس او پی نے جائیداد کی فائل سے متعلق درخواست کے دن سے شروع ہونے والی ڈپلیکیٹ فائلوں کی تیاری کے تمام واقعات کو حل کیا ہے۔
یہ اس بات کی بھی چھان بین کرے گا کہ آیا 5 مئی 2018 اور 31 جنوری 2023 کے درمیان پلاٹ کے تبادلے کے واقعات کو متعلقہ ایس او پی کے مطابق ہینڈل کیا گیا۔
کمیٹی کو جوہر ٹاؤن کی گمشدہ فائلوں کی فہرست میں شامل کسی بھی فائل کا جائزہ لینے کی ضرورت ہے جو 2009 میں شائع ہونے کے بعد سے پروسیس یا دوبارہ تعمیر کی گئی ہیں۔
کمیٹی نے انوینٹری ریکارڈ، اسکین کیے گئے ڈیٹا اور پیرنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ میں پائی جانے والی ڈپلیکیٹ فائلوں کی فہرست کا موازنہ اور اس کے برعکس کرنے کا بھی فیصلہ کیا۔
