Karachi: Emaar Pakistan has recently launched its new residential apartment projects ‘Panorama’ in DHA Phase VIII Karachi featuring 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom luxury apartments. Reports suggest that the project will be completed and the possession will be handed over to the owners in March 2024.
The project is located on the ideal waterfront location and features contemporary designs with state-of-the-art finishing. Its location gives Panorama residencies easy access to all major localities of the city including top schools, shopping malls, and more.
Panorama is a contemporary project featuring an infinity swimming pool, cinema, business center, resident lounge, gymnasium, sports rooms, and more. The price of residential units starts from PKR 29.29 million and the minimum unit size is around 1,043 square feet.
The booking forms can be acquired from the official website of Emaar Pakistan. The last date to submit the forms is March 2020. For unit collection and down payment, applicants are required to visit the Emaar Sales Center on March 21 or March 22.
