Elevation in Gwadar and CPEC Development Work

In actuality, there are many CPEC projects for Gwadar Port City which are completed with all construction work before the deadlines. A group of journalists had a detailed interview and discussions with the Chairman of China Overseas Port Handling Company, Zhang Baozhong, along with having a meeting with various members of Gwadar Business Club.

The officials who arranged the meeting are Gwadar Business Club, Mahmood Ahmad Khan, and Senior Executive Member. Baozhong said that Gwadar Port will not only be beneficial to Pakistan and China but will also play a vital role in favor of other regional countries. The benefits will be enjoyed by the landlocked Central Asian states too. 

He added that the Gwadar Port project will also be important for establishing peace in Afghanistan. The transportation of goods from Afghanistan through Gwadar Port has already been started, and by now thousands of metric tons of fertilizers have been delivered to Afghanistan.

The sugar which arrived at Gwadar Port as the first consignment was also delivered to Afghanistan. The chairman of China Overseas Port Handling Company said that Gwadar Port and CPC will not only provide facilities to Pakistan and Afghanistan but it will also give employment opportunity to thousands of people from various countries.

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ گوادر پورٹ منصوبہ افغانستان میں امن کے قیام کے لئے بھی اہم ہوگا۔ گوادر پورٹ کے ذریعے افغانستان سے سامان کی آمدورفت پہلے ہی شروع کردی گئی ہے ، اور اب تک ہزاروں میٹرک ٹن کھاد افغانستان پہنچا دی جا چکی ہے۔

گوادر بندرگاہ پر پہلی بار کھڑی ہونے والی چینی افغانستان کو بھی پہنچا دی گئی۔ چائنہ اوورسیز پورٹ ہینڈلنگ کمپنی کے چیئرمین نے کہا کہ گوادر پورٹ اور سی پی سی نہ صرف پاکستان اور افغانستان کو سہولیات فراہم کرے گا بلکہ اس سے مختلف ممالک کے ہزاروں افراد کو روزگار کا موقع ملے گا۔
