Pakistan: Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris’s Ora Developers is focusing Pakistan these days, as billionaire investor is starting a project of housing estate in the national capital, Islamabad. This mega project of 1,000 homes, a mall on 2.25 million square meters of land, and a golf course is expected to start in April 2018 and will take six years to complete.
