Directorate of Housing set up in LDA

The establishment of the new directorate was announced in a formal notification. The Director-General Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has transferred Director General Cadre Sardar Akbar and posted him as the Director Housing Directorate (Asset Management).

The responsibilities of auctioning LDA properties have also been transferred to the new directorate. In this regard, the directives have been issued to Director Estate Management One and the Director Asset Management to hand over the records related to the general auction of properties to the new directorate.

Moreover, Deputy Director M. Junaid, Stenographer Abdul Razzaq, Junior Clerk Khalid Bashir, and Shehzad Masih have been posted in the Directorate of Estate Management One.

باضابطہ نوٹیفکیشن میں نئے نظامت کے قیام کا اعلان کیا گیا۔ ڈائریکٹر جنرل لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل ڈی اے) نے ڈائریکٹر جنرل کیڈر سردار اکبر کا تبادلہ کرکے ڈائریکٹر ہاؤسنگ ڈائریکٹوریٹ (اثاثہ انتظامیہ) تعینات کردیا ہے۔

ایل ڈی اے پراپرٹیز کی نیلامی کی ذمہ داریاں بھی نئے ڈائریکٹوریٹ میں منتقل کردی گئیں۔ اس سلسلے میں ، ڈائریکٹر اسٹیٹ مینجمنٹ ون اور ڈائریکٹر اثاثہ انتظامیہ کو ہدایت جاری کی گئی ہے کہ وہ جائیدادوں کی عام نیلامی سے متعلق ریکارڈ نئے ڈائریکٹوریٹ کے حوالے کردیں۔
