DHA Multan declares an expansion of its surcharge incentive plan for plots and villas

According to the information, the authority has extended the deadline for applying for the surcharge waiver programme for all categories of plots and villas until April 30, 2023, upon payment of all installments due. It was suggested that the plot and location ballot results will be thrown out if the members didn't pay by April 30th, 2023.

Also, defaulting members who were or had already paid the land cost but are unable to continue making instalment payments may ask for cancellation and receive a return for the money paid. After deducting the membership fee and 10% of the remaining amount, the administration will refund the deposit amount.

Also, the DHA Multan revealed a special programme for members and their blood relatives (parents, spouses, and children). Members and their blood relatives may have their paid amounts transferred from one allocation to another without any deductions if the allocation is requested to be cancelled.
