Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi is inviting auction bids for the residential plots located in Phase 5. As per the sources, the authority is offering prime residential plots of 500 square yards in a limited number.
As per the housing authority, these plots will be offered at lower prices as compared to the market price. In order to participate in the bid, the applicants have to follow the set of procedures as defined by DHA Karachi. Applicants interested in the auction can obtain the bidding documents from the office of Director D&C. The office is located inside the DHA Karachi Head Office. The financial bids can be submitted at D&C Directorate till February 21 before 10:30 am.
