Demo Presentation of ilaan.com Highlighted the Star Performers in Our Organization

Six teams participated in this contest comprising of one sales executive and one product executive in each team. This activity proved to be quite helpful in building interdepartmental bonding and team building since member of one department bonded with the other.

Operations Manager Mahvash Khan acted as the judge and had several judging criteria for the participants based on body language, preparation, tone, speed of delivery of ideas, speech, eye contact, posture, fluency, and grip on the topic. The presentation was judged on standard criteria including 7 C’s of communication, confidence, stage presence, and others.

This session proved to be very productive and successful one and talent inside the organization was highlighted that will be utilized properly in the upcoming events. Award for best presentation was presented to the winners Muhammad Farrukh Ali Khan and Ameen Shah while Naresh Kumar and Ameen Shah bagged the award for best dressing. The management led by Mahvash Khan applauded the participants for their active participation in the event and ensured that more events will be organized for their professional grooming.
