Decision to purchase machinery for cleaning, PC-1 approved

The main meeting of the departmental development sub-committee in which 5 PC-1 was approved for the purchase of machinery for cleaning, the machinery will be procured at a cost of Rs 1.15 billion.

According to details, an important meeting of the Departmental Development Sub-Committee was held in which Additional Secretary Development, Deputy Secretary Local Government Fund, MD Punjab Cities Program and other technical members participated.

The meeting approved 5 PC-1 for the purchase of machinery for cleaning the cities. Machinery will be procured at a cost of Rs. 1.157 billion. Machinery will be procured for Municipal Committee Jara Nawala, Jhang, Gujranwala and Okara Hafizabad.

Machinery will be procured at a cost of Rs. 190 million in MC Jaranwala, Rs. 260 million in MC Gujranwala, Rs. 250 million in MC Okara, Rs. Dumpers and 813 handcarts will be procured.

Local Government Secretary Noorul Amin Mengal said that procurement of machinery would improve the sanitation situation and transparency in procurement would be ensured in all cases.

محکمہ ترقیاتی ذیلی کمیٹی کا مرکزی اجلاس جس میں صفائی کے لئے مشینری کی خریداری کے لئے 5 پی سی ون ون کی منظوری دی گئی تھی ، مشینری 1.15 ارب روپے کی لاگت سے حاصل کی جائے گی۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق محکمہ ترقیاتی سب کمیٹی کا ایک اہم اجلاس ہوا جس میں ایڈیشنل سیکرٹری ترقی ، ڈپٹی سیکرٹری لوکل گورنمنٹ فنڈ ، ایم ڈی پنجاب سٹیٹس پروگرام اور دیگر تکنیکی ممبران نے شرکت کی۔

اجلاس میں شہروں کی صفائی کے لئے مشینری کی خریداری کے لئے 5 پی سی ون ون کی منظوری دی گئی۔ مشینری Rs. Rs لاکھ روپے کی لاگت سے خریدی جائے گی۔ 1.157 بلین۔ مشینری میونسپل کمیٹی جارا نوالہ ، جھنگ ، گوجرانوالہ اور اوکاڑہ حافظ آباد کیلئے خریداری کی جائے گی۔

مشینری لاکھ روپے کی لاگت سے خریدی جائے گی۔ ایم سی جڑانوالہ میں 190 ملین ، روپے ایم سی گوجرانوالہ میں 260 ملین ، روپے ایم سی اوکاڑہ میں 250 ملین ، روپے ڈمپر اور 813 ہینڈ کارٹ خریدے جائیں گے۔

سکریٹری بلدیات نورالامین مینگل نے کہا کہ مشینری کی خریداری سے صفائی کی صورتحال بہتر ہوگی اور تمام معاملات میں خریداری میں شفافیت کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔
