Construction materials observed a rapid increase in prices due to the soaring petroleum products prices

A record increase in the prices of construction materials has been observed with the rapidly increasing petroleum prices. According to the details shared, the market dealers have reportedly increased the cost of all construction materials.

A cement bag, previously costing Rs.840 is now being sold at a total price of Rs.1200, recording an increase of Rs.360. A piece of gravel will now cost Rs.130 per square foot, previously costing Rs.85 per square foot, and recording a total increase of Rs.45.

The prices of sand trollies are also witnessing a similar increase in price. Rs.6,000 is now being charged per trolley witnessing an increase of Rs.2,500. Similarly, the price of steel has also been increased costing a whopping 0.206 million per ton.

پٹرولیم کی قیمتوں میں تیزی سے اضافہ کے ساتھ تعمیراتی سامان کی قیمتوں میں زبردست اضافہ دیکھا گیا ہے۔ شیئر کی گئی تفصیلات کے مطابق مارکیٹ کے ڈیلرز نے تمام تعمیراتی سامان کی قیمت میں مبینہ طور پر اضافہ کر دیا ہے۔
ایک سیمنٹ کا تھیلا جس کی قیمت پہلے 840 روپے تھی اب 360 روپے کا اضافہ ریکارڈ کرتے ہوئے کل قیمت 1200 روپے میں فروخت کیا جا رہا ہے۔ بجری کی قیمت اب 130 روپے فی مربع فٹ ہوگی جو پہلے 85 روپے فی مربع فٹ پر دستیاب تھی، جس میں مجموعی طور پر 45 روپے کا اضافہ ریکارڈ کیا گیا ہے۔
ریت کی ٹرالیوں کی قیمتوں میں بھی اسی طرح اضافہ دیکھنے میں آرہا ہے۔ اب 2500 روپے کے اضافے کے ساتھ فی ٹرالی 6000 روپے وصول کیے جا رہے ہیں۔ اسی طرح سٹیل کی قیمت میں بھی اضافہ کیا گیا ہے جس کی لاگت 0.206 ملین فی ٹن ہے۔
