Chinese building materials will be used in the construction sector

Ghurki claimed, during a meeting of the executive body at the PCJCCI Secretariat, that the use of Chinese building supplies and methods may revolutionise the industry and give Pakistan's economy the much-needed boost. The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA) specialists analyzed the regional construction industry and reported an increase of 6% this year, he further said. With an average annual growth rate of 11.8%, the experts anticipated that the sector could rise by a staggering 92% over the following seven years.

Ghukri also emphasised the necessity of stabilizing the building industry by bringing in Chinese infrastructure that is both affordable and up to date. Ghurki expressed confidence that the sector's rating will rise in the upcoming years as more mega-projects are anticipated to be added to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

گھرکی نے پی سی جے سی سی آئی سیکرٹریٹ میں ایگزیکٹو باڈی کے اجلاس کے دوران دعویٰ کیا کہ چینی عمارتوں کے سامان اور طریقوں کا استعمال صنعت میں انقلاب برپا کر سکتا ہے اور پاکستان کی معیشت کو انتہائی ضروری فروغ دے سکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ پاکستان کریڈٹ ریٹنگ ایجنسی کے ماہرین نے علاقائی تعمیراتی صنعت کا تجزیہ کیا اور اس سال 6 فیصد اضافے کی اطلاع دی۔ 11.8 فیصد کی اوسط سالانہ شرح نمو کے ساتھ، ماہرین نے اندازہ لگایا کہ اگلے سات سالوں میں یہ شعبہ حیران کن طور پر 92 فیصد تک بڑھ سکتا ہے۔
گھوکری نے چینی انفراسٹرکچر لا کر عمارت سازی کی صنعت کو مستحکم کرنے کی ضرورت پر بھی زور دیا جو کہ سستی اور جدید دونوں ہے۔ گھرکی نے اس یقین کا اظہار کیا کہ آنے والے سالوں میں اس شعبے کی درجہ بندی میں اضافہ ہوگا کیونکہ چین پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری میں مزید میگا پراجیکٹس شامل کیے جانے کی توقع ہے۔
