China`s Wuhan interested in establishing Sister-City ties with Karachi

The Sindh Cabinet was informed that the Ambassador of Pakistan in China has told the Sindh government that the provincial government of Hubei is wishing for the establishment of a sister-province relationship between Sindh, and Hubei province, and a sister relationship between Karachi, and Wuhan.

The Wuhan administration has fulfilled its internal procedure of naming a prominent square in China,on the riverbank of the Yangtze as the Pakistan-China Friendship Square.

The Karachi administration would also commence procedures to name a prominent public square/road just like them, as a special gesture of friendship in return.

The provincial cabinet on the recommendations of the heritage committee has given approval to the request of the owner of the building, Homie Katrak Chamber located on Abdullah Haroon Road, Hoshang Road for adding up, and amendment of the heritage building.

The compound of the building would remain the way it was with revival, and inside the compound, a 27-floor building would be built.

کراچی انتظامیہ بھی ان کی طرح ممتاز عوامی چوک سڑک کے نام کے لئے طریقہ کار شروع کرے گی ، اور یہ دوستی کا ہاتہ بڑھنے کی جوابی کاروائ ہوگی ـ

ورثہ کمیٹی کی سفارشات پر صوبائی کابینہ نے عمارت کے مالک ، ہومی کتراک چیمبر ، عبداللہ ہارون روڈ ، ہوشنگ روڈ پر واقع ، ورثہ کی عمارت میں ترمیم کرنے اور ترمیم کرنے کی درخواست کو منظوری دے دی ہے۔

عمارت کا احاطہ بحالی کے ساتھ اسی طرح قائم رہے گا ، اور اس احاطے کے اندر ، ایک 27 منزل کی عمارت بنائی جائے گی۔
