Charges Against The Housing Society Scammers Are To Be Framed On April 13th

Several property dealers were accused of cheating the public at large and criminal breach of trust resulting in a financial loss of around Rs.150 million for innocent civilians that invested in the fake housing project. The people accused included Sultan Mehmood, Nadeem Khan, Chaudhry Waseem, Mian Faisal, Musawir Hussain, and Momin Azhar.

Earlier NAB had received complaints of cheating and defrauding against the owners of Bin Alam Developers and the accused Kazim Alam, Nazim Alam, Muhammad Asif Alam, and others who were then arrested.

It was revealed that the people arrested had fooled the public in the garb of an investment in their different fake housing development project, which actually does not exist.

متعدد پراپرٹی ڈیلرز پر عوام کو دھوکہ دینے اور اعتماد کی مجرمانہ خلاف ورزی کا الزام لگایا گیا جس کے نتیجے میں جعلی ہاؤسنگ پروجیکٹ میں سرمایہ کاری کرنے والے معصوم شہریوں کو تقریباً 150 ملین روپے کا مالی نقصان پہنچا۔ ملزمان میں سلطان محمود، ندیم خان، چوہدری وسیم، میاں فیصل، مصور حسین اور مومن اظہر شامل ہیں۔
اس سے قبل نیب کو بن عالم ڈویلپرز کے مالکان اور ملزمان کاظم عالم، ناظم عالم، محمد آصف عالم اور دیگر کے خلاف دھوکہ دہی کی شکایات موصول ہوئی تھیں جنہیں پھر گرفتار کیا گیا تھا۔
انکشاف ہوا کہ گرفتار افراد نے اپنے مختلف جعلی ہاؤسنگ ڈویلپمنٹ پراجیکٹ میں سرمایہ کاری کی آڑ میں عوام کو بے وقوف بنایا، جس کا حقیقت میں کوئی وجود ہی نہیں۔
