Chairman RDA directs MP&TE Directorate to continue crackdown on illegal constructions

Chairman Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Tariq Murtaza has directed all the directorates to provide relief to the general public. He said this while chairing a meeting here on Wednesday, says a press release.

He directed all the employees to work honestly and diligently for redressal of grievances of the general people. The chairman directed the MP&TE Directorate to continue the crackdown on illegal and unauthorized constructions and commercial activities without any fear and favor.

Director Estate Management gave a detailed briefing about the RDA’s vacant land, transfer cases in RDA’s own properties / RIT (old) Schemes, verification and clearance of residential and commercial buildings.

The Chief Engineer gave a detailed presentation on the completed and ongoing schemes like the completion of dualisation work on Dr Qadeer Khan road from Islamabad Highway to Falcon Complex Rawalpindi and construction of three pedestrian bridges on the Airport Road.

The chairman RDA appreciated the completion of the work on Dr. Qadeer Khan road and emphasised the importance of speedy and quality work.

چیئرمین راولپنڈی ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (آر ڈی اے) طارق مرتضیٰ نے تمام ڈائریکٹوریٹس کو ہدایت کی ہے کہ وہ عوام کو ریلیف فراہم کریں۔ انہوں نے یہ بات بدھ کو یہاں ایک اجلاس کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے کہی۔

انہوں نے تمام ملازمین کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ عام لوگوں کی شکایات کے ازالے کے لیے ایمانداری اور تندہی سے کام کریں.

ڈائریکٹر اسٹیٹ مینجمنٹ نے آر ڈی اے کی خالی زمین کے بارے میں تفصیلی بریفنگ دی ، آر ڈی اے کی اپنی جائیدادوں / آر آئی ٹی (پرانی) سکیموں میں مقدمات کی منتقلی ، رہائشی اور تجارتی عمارتوں کی تصدیق اور کلیئرنس۔

چیف انجینئر نے اسلام آباد ہائی وے سے فالکن کمپلیکس راولپنڈی تک ڈاکٹر قدیر خان روڈ پر دوہرے کام کی تکمیل اور ایئرپورٹ روڈ پر تین پیدل چلنے والے پلوں کی تعمیر جیسے مکمل اور جاری سکیموں پر تفصیلی پریزینٹیشن دی۔
چیئرمین آر ڈی اے نے ڈاکٹر قدیر خان روڈ پر کام کی تکمیل کو سراہا اور تیز رفتار اور معیاری کام کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔
