CDA to give approval to 11 projects worth Rs15.53b

The meeting to be presided over by the CDA Chairman Aamir Ali Ahmed will also be attended by officials from the Ministry of Interior, and the Planning Commission.

The meeting will approve Rs.4 billion PC-I of covered car parking to provide car parking spaces in the urban commercial area and solve the parking problem with the implementation of a car parking management system.

The projects will be completed at different commercial locations in a period of two years. The Rs.186.394 million PC-I to buy the medical bed, and other medical facilities for 100 bedrooms in an additional block of CDA Hospital is also on the agenda of the meeting.

The PC-I of Rs57.40 million for rain harvesting for groundwater recharge which includes the provision of 100 inverted wells, and 20 piezometers, and Rs.185 million projects of construction of a bridge on Kiani Road from Quaid-e-Azam University to Bhara Kahu are also on the agenda.

Other projects include PC-I of (1.685 billion) for development of remaining infrastructure in Sector D-12, and construction/Development of remaining pockets in Sector D-12, Islamabad, and Rs1.705 billion projects for grade-separated arrangement at intersection of 9th Avenue and Khayaban-e-Iqbal for signal free flow of traffic at Shaheen Chowk.

اسلام آباد: سی ڈی اے کا 52 واں اجلاس منظوری کے لئے 15.53 ارب روپے لاگت کے 11 ترقیاتی منصوبوں کا پی سی ون لے گا۔

سی ڈی اے کے چیئرمین عامر علی احمد کی زیرصدارت ہونے والے اجلاس میں وزارت داخلہ ، اور منصوبہ بندی کمیشن کے عہدیدار بھی شرکت کریں گے۔

اجلاس میں شہری تجارتی علاقے میں کار پارکنگ کی جگہیں فراہم کرنے کے لئے احاطہ کار پارکنگ کے 4 ارب روپے کے پی سی 1 کی منظوری دی جائے گی ، اور کار پارکنگ کے انتظام کے نظام کے نفاذ سے پارکنگ کا مسئلہ حل ہوگا۔

یہ منصوبے مختلف تجارتی مقامات پر دو سال کے عرصے میں مکمل ہوں گے۔ سی ڈی اے اسپتال کے ایک اضافی بلاک میں 100 بیڈروموں کے لئے میڈیکل بستر خریدنے کے لئے 1 لاکھ 86 ہزار 399 ملین روپے کا پی سی 1 اور دیگر طبی سہولیات بھی اس اجلاس کے ایجنڈے میں شامل ہیں۔

زمینی واٹر ری چارج کیلئے بارش کی کٹائی کے لئے پی سی 1 ، 55.40 ملین روپے ہے جس میں 100 الٹی کنویں ، اور 20 پائزومیٹرس کی فراہمی شامل ہے ، اور قائداعظم یونیورسٹی سے کیانی روڈ پر ایک پل کی تعمیر کا ایک کروڑ 85 لاکھ روپے کا منصوبہ بھی شامل ہے۔ بھارہ کہو کے ایجنڈے میں شامل ہیں۔

دوسرے منصوبوں میں سیکٹر D-12 میں بقیہ انفراسٹرکچر کی ترقی کے لئے پی سی 1 (1.685 بلین) ، اور سیکٹر D-12 ، اسلام آباد میں باقی جیبوں کی تعمیر / ترقی اور چوراہے پر گریڈ سے الگ انتظامات کے لئے 1،705 ارب روپے کے منصوبے شاہین چوک پر ٹریفک کی آسان روانی کے لئے 9 واں ایونیو اور خیابانِ اقبال شامل ہیں ۔
