CDA takes action against illegal constructions in E-11 Islamabad

The management of the CDA has issued show-cause notices to the owners of private housing societies located in sector E-11 of Islamabad for illegal constructions and violating the building bye-laws.

In addition, sealing and show-cause notices were issued to 18 residential and commercial buildings in sector E-11 for illegal constructions and violation of building bye-laws.

 CDA has been conducting operations against encroachments in the capital for several months. In addition, the CDA administration has registered an FIR against the owners of private housing societies including Fortune Empire, FECHS, and PECHS at Golra police station.

During the construction of the basements, no safety measures were taken by the owners and developers to deal with any emergency, according to the officials.

Meanwhile, the CDA administration has issued orders to the Building Control Authority to strictly implement the master plan in Islamabad and it has been emphasized that the construction of residential and commercial buildings in Islamabad should be carried out in accordance with rules and regulations.

Furthermore, the Capital Development Authority has launched a tree-planting campaign in the city. The officials said that in order to make the federal capital greener, beautiful and attractive, the tree planting campaign would continue by the CDA Environment Department during the monsoon.

The Department of Environment is planting flowers and plants along all the highways, green belts, roadside slopes, intersections, drains, and all parks of Islamabad.

اس کے علاوہ سیکٹر E-11 میں 18 رہائشی اور تجارتی عمارتوں کو غیر قانونی تعمیرات اور بلڈنگ بائی قوانین کی خلاف ورزی پر سیل اور شوکاز نوٹس جاری کیے گئے۔

سی ڈی اے کئی ماہ سے دارالحکومت میں تجاوزات کے خلاف آپریشن کر رہا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ ، سی ڈی اے انتظامیہ نے گولرا تھانے میں نجی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں کے مالکان کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کی ہے جن میں فارچیون ایمپائر ، ایف ای سی ایچ ایس ، اور پی ای سی ایچ ایس شامل ہیں۔

دریں اثنا ، سی ڈی اے انتظامیہ نے بلڈنگ کنٹرول اتھارٹی کو اسلام آباد میں ماسٹر پلان پر سختی سے عمل درآمد کے احکامات جاری کیے ہیں اور اس بات پر زور دیا گیا ہے کہ اسلام آباد میں رہائشی اور تجارتی عمارتوں کی تعمیر قواعد و ضوابط کے مطابق کی جائے۔

مزید برآں ، کیپیٹل ڈیولپمنٹ اتھارٹی نے شہر میں درخت لگانے کی مہم شروع کی ہے۔ عہدیداروں نے بتایا کہ وفاقی دارالحکومت کو سرسبز ، خوبصورت اور پرکشش بنانے کے لیے سی ڈی اے محکمہ ماحولیات کی جانب سے مون سون کے دوران درخت لگانے کی مہم جاری رہے گی۔

محکمہ ماحولیات تمام شاہراہوں ، گرین بیلٹس ، سڑک کے کنارے ڈھلوانوں ، چوراہوں ، نالوں اور اسلام آباد کے تمام پارکوں میں پھول اور پودے لگا رہا ہے۔
