CDA receives bids of PKR 11.7 billion against 7 plots

The three-day auction proceedings are being held at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad and witnessed highly encouraging response from a large number of investors. The participation of a large number of enthusiastic investors depicts the confidence in the CDA and Prime Minister’s Construction Package.

On the second day of auction proceedings, Capital Development Authority considered bids of four plots amounting to rupees 5.54 billion. On the first day, CDA received auction bids against seven plots amounting to rupees 11.7 billion. The auction committee, however, considered offers for four plots amounting to rupees 7.25 billion which was equal to the expected proceeds from this auction as per CDA budget estimates.

During the two days of the auction proceedings, the auction committee received accumulated bids of rupees 17.24 billion. However, considered bids of eight plots amounting to rupees 12.8 billion. The auction proceedings which started on July 15, 2020, will continue till July 17, 2020.

For this specific auction, the CDA has announced special incentives. The authority has also constituted a committee consisting of 10 members to conduct the auction.  Member Finance CDA is chairman of the committee while Member Estate, DFA-II, DG Law, Director Public Relations, Member P&D, Director Urban Planning, Director Regional Planning, Director EM-II, and Director Finance are members of the committee.

All the bids received will be presented before the CDA board that is the authoritative and competent forum for the acceptance of bids.

اسلام آباد: کیپیٹل ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کو بلیو ایریا کے کمرشل پلاٹوں کی نیلامی کے دوسرے روز 7 پلاٹوں کے مقابلہ میں 11.7 ارب روپے کی بولی دینے کے معاملے میں سرمایہ کاروں کا زبردست ردعمل ملا۔

نیلامی کی تین روزہ کارروائی جناح کنونشن سنٹر ، اسلام آباد میں ہورہی ہے اور سرمایہ کاروں کی ایک بڑی تعداد کی جانب سے انتہائی حوصلہ افزا ردعمل دیکھا گیا ہے۔ سرمایہ کاروں کی ایک بڑی تعداد کی شرکت سی ڈی اے اور وزیر اعظم کے تعمیراتی پیکیج پر اعتماد کی عکاسی کرتی ہے۔

نیلامی کی کاروائی کے دوسرے روز کیپٹل ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی نے چار پلاٹوں کی بولی 5.54 بلین روپے سمجھی۔ پہلے دن سی ڈی اے کو سات پلاٹوں کے خلاف نیلامی بولی موصول ہوئی جن کی مالیت 11.7 ارب روپے ہے۔ تاہم ، نیلامی کمیٹی نے چار پلاٹوں کے لئے 7.25 ارب روپے کی پیش کش پر غور کیا جو سی ڈی اے بجٹ کے تخمینے کے مطابق اس نیلامی سے متوقع آمدنی کے برابر تھا۔

نیلامی کی کارروائی کے دو دن کے دوران ، نیلامی کمیٹی کو 17.24 ارب روپے کی جمع بولی موصول ہوئی۔ تاہم ، آٹھ پلاٹوں کی بولی جن پر 12.8 ارب روپے ہیں۔ نیلامی کی کارروائی جو 15 جولائی 2020 کو شروع ہوئی تھی ، 17 جولائی 2020 تک جاری رہے گی۔

اس مخصوص نیلامی کے لئے ، سی ڈی اے نے خصوصی مراعات کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اتھارٹی نے نیلامی کے انعقاد کے لئے 10 ممبروں پر مشتمل ایک کمیٹی بھی تشکیل دی ہے۔ ممبر فنانس سی ڈی اے کمیٹی کے چیئرمین ہیں جبکہ ممبر اسٹیٹ ، ڈی ایف اے II ، ڈی جی لاء ، ڈائریکٹر تعلقات عامہ ، ممبر پی اینڈ ڈی ، ڈائریکٹر اربن پلاننگ ، ڈائریکٹر ریجنل پلاننگ ، ڈائریکٹر ای ایم II اور ڈائریکٹر فنانس کمیٹی کے ممبر ہیں۔

موصول ہونے والی تمام بولیاں سی ڈی اے بورڈ کے سامنے پیش کی جائیں گی جو بولی کی منظوری کے لئے مستند اور قابل فورم ہے۔
