Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority is all set to start development activity in Sector E-12/4 after opening bids of civil works on Thursday.
According to the news sources, the development authority received the lowest bid of Rs289.805 million from one of five contractors who participated in the bidding process.
The development works in Sector E-12/4 under this project include drainage system, water supply, sewerage network, construction of connecting roads including main highways, installation of street lights, and other development works.
According to the details, it should be noted that for a long time such sectors of Islamabad where development works were delayed. Due to the special interest of the present CDA management, development works are being launched in all these sectors.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی نے بولی کے عمل میں حصہ لینے والے پانچ کنٹریکٹرز میں سے ایک سے 289.805 ملین روپے کی سب سے کم بولی وصول کی۔
اس پراجیکٹ کے تحت سیکٹر ای-12/4 میں ترقیاتی کاموں میں ڈرینیج سسٹم، واٹر سپلائی، سیوریج نیٹ ورک، مرکزی شاہراہوں سمیت رابطہ سڑکوں کی تعمیر، سٹریٹ لائٹس کی تنصیب اور دیگر ترقیاتی کام شامل ہیں۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق واضح رہے کہ کافی عرصے سے اسلام آباد کے ایسے سیکٹرز جہاں ترقیاتی کام التوا کا شکار تھے۔ موجودہ سی ڈی اے انتظامیہ کی خصوصی دلچسپی کے باعث ان تمام شعبوں میں ترقیاتی کاموں کا آغاز کیا جا رہا ہے۔
