Islamabad: During CDA’s anti-encroachment drive, several illegally constructed structures were demolished, greatly disrupting the movement of residents in over 350 residential houses at sector G-11/2, reported a news source.
CDA’s enforcement directorate launched the anti-encroachment drive after receiving several complaints regarding constructions built beyond the plot lines. Heavy machinery was used to dismantle these structures while the district administration and Islamabad police provided assistance. Several car sheds, fences, and entrance gates located on 22 streets of the sector were built on the government land which were all demolished.
After the completion of this operation, footpaths and the streets were opened for pedestrian movement and traffic.
During the last couple of months, CDA has conducted several continuous operations against illegal constructions located within the Federal Capital. All these operations have gathered billions of rupees worth of government land.
اسلام آباد: سی ڈی اے کی انسداد تجاوزات مہم کے دوران، متعدد غیر قانونی تعمیرات کو مسمار کر دیا گیا، جس سے سیکٹر G-11/2 میں 350 سے زائد رہائشی مکانات میں رہائشیوں کی نقل و حرکت میں بہت زیادہ خلل پڑا، ایک خبر کے ذریعے نے رپورٹ کیا۔
سی ڈی اے کے انفورسمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ نے پلاٹ لائنوں سے آگے تعمیرات کے حوالے سے متعدد شکایات موصول ہونے کے بعد انسداد تجاوزات مہم کا آغاز کیا۔ ان عمارتوں کو گرانے کے لیے بھاری مشینری کا استعمال کیا گیا جبکہ ضلعی انتظامیہ اور اسلام آباد پولیس نے مدد فراہم کی۔ سیکٹر کی 22 سڑکوں پر واقع کئی کار شیڈز، باڑیں اور داخلی دروازے سرکاری اراضی پر بنائے گئے تھے جنہیں گرا دیا گیا۔
اس آپریشن کی تکمیل کے بعد فٹ پاتھ اور گلیوں کو پیدل چلنے والوں اور ٹریفک کے لیے کھول دیا گیا۔
گزشتہ چند ماہ کے دوران سی ڈی اے نے وفاقی دارالحکومت کے اندر قائم غیر قانونی تعمیرات کے خلاف مسلسل کئی کارروائیاں کیں۔ ان تمام کارروائیوں میں اربوں روپے مالیت کی سرکاری اراضی اکھٹی کر لی گئی ہے۔
