Islamabad: According to the news sources, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is ready to start its development activities in Park Enclave-II.
In this regard, the process for starting development activities in Park Enclave-II has been initiated as bids for infrastructure development work in the project have been called. The bids are invited under SSTE (Single Stage Two Envelope) process from organizations registered with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) in category C-3 or above.
This project would be playing a major role in completing road infrastructure, water supply network, street lights, landscaping, sewerage network, box culverts, drainage system, including parks and green areas development would be completed.
The beginning of development activities in Park Enclave II is a part of the complete strategy of CDA’s incumbent Administration to develop ignored residential sectors and strengthen infrastructure in Islamabad.
In order to continue uninterrupted development activities, CDA is also making a fence around the land of Park Enclave-II so that development activities that are in progress could be completed at first priority.
