CDA board approves highest bids of 22 commercial plots

The board of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) at its meeting on Monday, approved the highest bids of 22 out of 24 commercial plots which were auctioned by the authority in the first week of this month.

The board meeting, however, rejected the highest offers received for two commercial plots considering those lower than expectations. The eighth meeting of the Board of the Capital Development Authority was held on Monday under the chair of Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed at CDA Headquarters.

The meeting was attended by Nayyar Ali Dada, Iftikhar Hassan Arif, Ali Asghar Khan, Dr. Muhammad Ali among other board members.

The decisions of the sixth and seventh meetings were approved In addition, the board also approved an increase in the mess and uniform allowance of 1122 permanent nurses of the Directorate who are performing their duties in BPS 16 and above from July 1, 2019.

The development projects in Islamabad and the provision of quality services to the citizens PC-2 for the smart city in the next six months were agreed to be prepared the meeting also decided the Islamabad bus service project to be started soon.

The launch of the project with 20 buses on four different routes was decided at the meeting.

Initially, the project will be funded by CDA but in the future, a commercial company will be incorporated that will run the project on a commercial basis.

کیپیٹل ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (سی ڈی اے) کے بورڈ نے پیر کے روز اپنے اجلاس میں 24 تجارتی پلاٹوں میں سے 22 کی بلند ترین بولیوں کی منظوری دی جنہیں اتھارٹی نے اس ماہ کے پہلے ہفتے میں نیلام کیا تھا۔

تاہم بورڈ کے اجلاس نے دو تجارتی پلاٹوں کے لیے موصول ہونے والی سب سے زیادہ پیشکشوں کو مسترد کر دیا جو کہ توقعات سے کم ہیں۔ کیپیٹل ڈیولپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے بورڈ کا آٹھویں اجلاس پیر کو سی ڈی اے ہیڈ کوارٹرز میں چیئرمین امیر علی احمد کی صدارت میں منعقد ہوا۔

اجلاس میں نیئر علی دادا ، افتخار حسن عارف ، علی اصغر خان ، ڈاکٹر محمد علی سمیت دیگر بورڈ ممبران نے شرکت کی۔

چھٹی اور ساتویں میٹنگز کے فیصلوں کی منظوری دی گئی اس کے علاوہ بورڈ نے ڈائریکٹوریٹ کی 1122 مستقل نرسوں کے گندگی اور یکساں الاؤنس میں اضافے کی بھی منظوری دی جو یکم جولائی 2019 سے بی پی ایس 16 اور اس سے اوپر کے فرائض انجام دے رہے ہیں۔

اسلام آباد میں ترقیاتی منصوبے اور شہریوں کو سمارٹ سٹی کے لیے معیاری خدمات کی فراہمی اگلے چھ ماہ میں تیار کرنے پر اتفاق کیا گیا اجلاس میں اسلام آباد بس سروس منصوبے کو جلد شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ بھی کیا گیا۔

اجلاس میں چار مختلف روٹس پر 20 بسوں کے ساتھ منصوبے کے آغاز کا فیصلہ کیا گیا۔

ابتدائی طور پر ، اس منصوبے کو سی ڈی اے کی طرف سے فنڈ دیا جائے گا لیکن مستقبل میں ایک تجارتی کمپنی کو شامل کیا جائے گا جو اس منصوبے کو تجارتی بنیادوں پر چلائے گی۔
