CDA is all set to make the Organization more responsive to people and improve interactive mediums with the public. In this context, several initiatives are being launched in July and August 2021.
Capital Development Authority to set up teams of citizens comprising traders, students, and residents. These teams would carry out inspections of work done and report back through the CDA website.
These citizen volunteers will not only serve as a check on quality of work but also extend the outreach of management.
A form has been developed which will be circulated and citizens will examine works according to the checklist.
In addition to this the app “Let's fix Islamabad” will also be made functional by August 1, 2021, where people can snap and post any complaint related to Pothole, kerbstone condition, parks, streetlights.
Furthermore, CDA is also launching its call center from August 2021, for increased interaction with the public in our effort to make CDA more responsive.
The Call Center will serve as complaint registration as well as a complaint redressal mechanism. The Call Center will provide updates on applications submitted to CDA management.
سی ڈی اے شہریوں کے مسائل کا ہر وقت جوابدہ رہنے کے لیے پر جوش!اسی تناظر میں جولائی اور اگست 2021 میں متعدد اقدامات شروع کیے جارہے ہیں۔
سی ڈی اے کی طرف سے تشکیل کردہ تاجروں ، طلباء اور رہائشیوں پر مشتمل شہریوں کی ٹیمیں تشکیل دی گئی ہیں۔ یہ ٹیمیں سارہ دن کئے گئے کام کا معائنہ کریں گی اور سی ڈی اے کی ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے واپس رپورٹ کریں گی۔
یہ شہری رضاکار نہ صرف کام کے معیار کی جانچ پڑتال کے طور پر کام کریں گے بلکہ انتظامیہ تک رسائی کو بھی بڑھا دیں گے۔
ایک فارم تیار کیا گیا ہے جس کی گردش کی جائے گی اور شہری چیک لسٹ کے مطابق کاموں کا جائزہ لیں گے۔
اس کے علاوہ 1 اگست 2021 تک "لیٹس فکس اسلام آباد" نامی ایپ کو بھی فعال کر دیا جائے گا جہاں لوگ پوٹ ہول ، کربسٹون کنڈیشن ، پارکس ، اسٹریٹ لائٹس سے متعلق کوئی بھی شکایت لے کر پوسٹ کرسکتے ہیں۔
مزید برآں سی ڈی اے مزید ذمہ دار بنانے کی ہماری کوششوں میں عوام کے ساتھ باہمی روابط کے لئے ، اگست 2021 سے سی ڈی اے اپنا کال سینٹر بھی شروع کررہا ہے۔
کال سینٹر شکایت کے اندراج کے ساتھ ساتھ شکایات کے ازالے کا طریقہ کار بھی پیش کرے گا۔ کال سنٹر سی ڈی اے مینجمنٹ میں جمع کرائی گئی درخواستوں کی تازہ کاری فراہم کرے گا۔
